Rude - I went with my daughter to help with my granddaughter so that my daughter could get a pedicure and full set. We were the only ones in the place so I was going to sit beside my daughter to help keep my granddaughter happy. We were rudely told that we must sit at the front because they “might” fill up. Okay, seriously we are the only ones in the building besides employees. But…supposedly they sanitize the chairs. Yes I know they sanitize the water part, but the chair…umm no! If so they wouldn’t allow everyone to put their belongings in the chairs and the so called waiting chairs wouldn’t be stained so bad! DO BETTER!

Edit to add…only one other customer came in the entire time we were there and they did not sanitize the actual chair part my daughter or the other customer sat in before we left (during the entire time they cleaned the water basin and my daughter got a full set done).

I know this shop and the other is owned by the same people but this one has moved faster than the other shop. Julie is sweet her work just isn’t consistent the first time she did my nails they were great this time not so much my French is looking bad already after 5 days. The young man who sits next to her did a much better job on French quality

This place is the worst ,I was there almost 2hrs ,than 4 people canin later and they were placed ahead of me all 4 mind you the worker didn't say anything to me.So I went to me car and will not go back.All I needed was a color change.Maybe I wasn't spending enough money Lol

These folks will never get another dollar from me. Would not do my grandbaby toes. She was 6 and always get them done at Montgomery shop. They acted like our money wasn't good enough. I never forget when I'm treated wrong. I never plan on using these people again. They don't fit me. Now alot of people love them. They do good jobs but they messed up with me and my grandbaby.

The new tech at top nails broke one of my nails then they charged me to fix it so before driving to another town I thought I’d give this nail place a try. Called one Tuesday and asked if there was a wait, was told no, showed up 5 minutes later and there were two people waiting and only one name on the sign in sheet that hadn’t been scratched through so I signed in, 3 hours later they closed and I had to leave because my movie started at 7:10. I came back the following week (after making an appointment) only waited an hour that time. They are very nice but not the best nail techs, I asked for full set French tip with regular polish, quite a few of my nails weren’t even and like most salons now days they only offer gel polish which is an extra $10+ will drive an hour to another town to get nails done properly, it’s to expensive to walk out overcharged and disappointed.

I walked in, spoke and only the customers spoke. Staff was unfriendly. I called at 9am to ask if an appointment was required and was inform to walk in. I walked in at 10:35am and sat until 12:45pm. Everyone that had an appointment was taken care of and the walk-ins were not worked in. I asked if this is how it goes and was informed no matter what time the walk-ins come the appointments come first. A lady had an appointment at 10:30am but walked in at 12pm and was taken care of even though she was late. Unfair to all customers and do not work the walk-ins in between appointments. I recommend Top Nails. Friendly Staff and Great Service!

I wouldn’t prefer this nail salon to anyone especially if you’re black julie is rude, her staff is not helpful. I went to get my toes filled in Julie could have did them but she didn’t. She asked her staff to do the job no one wanted to. I was asked to come back later. I would never come back to this salon ever. William shop is better he and his staff is also friendly.

terrible service, nails are cheap looking.. and I do not recommend eyelash extensions, i went there to have mine done.. immediately into the session my eyes started burning like they're on fire along with itching, I said something to the lady and she said " lots of people have reactions but, they go away soon". it wouldnt stop.
well one big chunk of my eyelashes fell off when I walked outside to smoke (i was waiting on my mom to get her toenails done) , so I said something to the lady about the eyelash falling off in one big chunk she said they could not redo it or take it off.. so i took them off myself later on and as a result I hardly have no natural eyelash left.... i do not recommend this place they're terrible and need to be shut down until they can get better quality equipment..
