I am so happy to have a reason to write a positive, GLOWING review for the amazing lash lift I received by the equally amazing Melanie! To be honest, I was not surprised that I was in love with how my lash lift turned out (let’s just say Melanie’s work speaks for itself via photos and other raving reviews)…however, I was wowed by how enjoyable the actual process was, as well as Melanie’s customer service! She was so fun to talk with and very knowledgable on the services she offers. I found Melanie on Yelp and came to her after having progressively worse services by Sara at Lash Lift San Diego downtown. Honestly, I am thankful that Sara exhibited such horrible customer service because I would never have found Melanie, who actually stands by her work and guarantees your satisfaction (which is easy for her since the quality of her work is impeccable). I have had my lashes lifted 5 times before and it wasn’t until I saw Melanie that I discovered that 1) your eyes aren’t supposed to burn and water from the chemicals getting in there lol, and 2) my lashes can look PERFECTLY curled, with no kinks or jacked up/crossed lashes! Please people, if you have been thinking of trying lash lifts for the first time OR had a bad experience previously, do not be scared or hesitant to see Melanie! You will not be disappointed ❤️
