My mother recently passed away and we had the privilege to have Wallin Funeral Home assist us through the daunting task of planning our mothers funeral.

They were very professional, helpful, friendly and caring. They were very compassionate and met all our needs with empathy. At the viewing, service and burial they ensured to take good care of my mother with so much respect for her and everyone at her service.

As a professional in the funeral industry, I would not recommend this establishment for your burial needs. There were several instances of negligence and unprofessionalism that occurred during our experience with them. They failed to provide basic services such as writing an obituary for our deceased brother, and made errors in the dates and Bible verse that we had specifically requested. Furthermore, there was a complete lack of communication and transparency throughout the process, as they never reached out to inform us of any important information. I strongly advise anyone considering their services to seek alternatives that can provide a more respectful and professional experience.

The cards from flower arrangements were pulled before guests arrived...
No one knew if the flowers they ordered were received‼️‼️ Flower arrangements are very expensive and people want to make sure what they ordered and paid for was received...
Everything seemed very unorganized...
They need to do much better‼️‼️‼️

DON'T Recommend... They messed up the dates on the acknowledgement cards, on both English and Spanish. No excuses! A grieving family shouldn't have to deal with that. Especially if someone wants to remember those dates specifically.

This is the WORST place to go to for a funeral. They were RACIST and RUDE. I am so upset that I didn’t get the man’s name but he was yelling at us outside of the church. YELLING at a grieving family. And not even 5 minutes after being at the cemetery they wanted to lower the casket. The old grouchy man was also RACIST to my uncle. Told him that they don’t do things the way things are done in his hometown Mexico. A 5 year old child would’ve done a much better job directing everything than the way these men did. I cannot get over the fact that he was YELLING at us outside of the CHURCH when nobody was even raising their voice at him. They also told us while we waited outside of the funeral home that our feelings were not validated and they didn’t care about how they were treating us. Treating a GRIEVING FAMILY LIKE COMPLETE GARBAGE. This place is GARBAGE. They don’t even deserve this 1 star. They deserve zero. Do NOT waste your time here. Take your money and loved one elsewhere.

Wallins made my mother’s funeral service as pleasant as a funeral service can be. The day went perfectly. The funeral home was a pleasure to work with. They took care of our every need during a difficult time for our family. Very organized and professional.
