Update: I have since returned several times since my undercooked chicken experience. On all of my return visits, the food was delicious. I ordered the Louisiana Platter and was extremely satisfied with the taste and quantity of food. The wait staff has been wonderful each time.
I believe any restaurant can have an off day and I like to give a second chance. I'm glad I did. We have really enjoyed the food and service. I will definitely be back.

Initial post: Chicken was undercooked. Burger was dry. Bun was hard. Fries were cold and hard. Manager never came to talk to me.

Chicken bomber had to be the DRIEST sandwich EVER.

This thing could CHOKE a termite.

The shininess is the GREASE from the cheese that the over-cooked chicken couldn't sop up.

BTW, the spicy mayo did NOT come on the sandwich at all, had to ask for it AFTER choking down the ONLY two bites I had.

Paid in full for it but it's NOT worth feeding it to my dog and potentially risking a CHOKE hazzard.

Check your bag before you leave the take out counter. This location is notorious for screwing up orders. Yesterday was the third order in three tries.(3 strikes, you’re out) I called back to point out the error and the young lady laughed. Yes indeed she laughed. Enjoy that $70 bucks guys. You won’t get another dollar from me. This is sad too because the location at Starkville, MS is wonderful. This is a YOU problem.

This is one of my go to restaurants in Tuscaloosa if I want a good burger. The food and service is great. My only complaint is it gets a little loud with all the TVs and music. I would highly recommend this place.

If you go here ask for Bronwyn she’s the best server Iva had in a long time. Keep the drink coming and make sure our food came out hot and we had a big party. She’s definitely 10/10

It is a nice place food we had was very good. Only a couple of issues. Went for the smoked Gouda turkey burger and it was on the menu and on their website for order. Yet when we went to order it it wasn’t available. Said that it was being discontinued. That is fine yet why not let folks know by whiting out the menu or something. The black Jack chicken was great flavors yet sandwich was a lot juicy which don’t get me wrong meant the meat wasn’t dry but made for a messy sandwich. Server was great. Tea was good yet a lot sweet haha. So if you don’t like really sweet tea maybe go half and half. Overall good experience just disappointed by item being in menu and website and not being available.

Place ain't bad at all. Only really demerit is the service.

I went on concecutive nights.

1st night it was relatively slow inside. The bartender seemed to struggle a bit on waiting on me. She was VERY nice and pleasant but giving me things like napkins... Nope. I never got any and getting her attention was actual work. When she did see me, it was fine but I was a bit at her mercy.

2nd night it was actually busy. Same bartender then? Forget about it. Service was non existent. Once again, when I DID actually have her attention, she was nice but that was few and far between. I would say she's new but to be working on Alabama game day/night at a sports bar, I can't imagine you'd schedule a newbie but you never know?

Food was pretty good both times and prices aren't bad at all. That's really why I came back. The value for the experience with the consumables.

All they need is to have bartenders that are in top of it, you have a REAL winner here.

Food: shrimp atchafalya and next day was the sirloin. Dessert had the doughnut bread pudding (made with Krispy Kreme doughnuts) - see receipt pictures.
