In the first place as my niece and I walked in, many of the workers were not doing anything but none of them would come and acknowledge us. We were waiting to get our pedicures done for about 45 minutes before someone came to help me and not my niece. About 30 minutes later someone else came to help my niece but wouldn't do her pedicure and just took her straight to do her nails. My pedicure was fine. The lady did an excellent job. On the other hand my nieces nails but she asked for acrylics turned out terribly. The lady left flying dust inside of the acrylics and it still shows through. She was not capable of taking out the dead skin around my nieces nails. As I was waiting to get my acrylics off, no one was letting me know what was happening I didn't know what to do I didn't know how long to wait and no one was even coming to talk to me or help me everyone was doing their own stuff which was nothing because they weren't even working. After three hours of me and my niece just sitting without getting taken care of we got very impatient and decided to leave. With our hands looking terrible we still had to pay full price of everything. This is very expensive for us to leave with our nails looking horrible. I totally do not recommend the salon is very empty now it definitely dropped.

$70 for a plain mani-pedi!!! I asked for a buff on both hands and feet and they charged me $5 more for each. $80 mani-pedi for me.

My friend got a mani-pedi with polish on her feet and gel on her hands and hers cost $85. They didn't clean up the stray polish on her cuticles or fingers. And her French tips were uneven.

For $5 more I should have gotten polish!

Overpriced for nothing special.

I won't be back and DO NOT RECOMMEND.

They did a great job, was a walk in but were able to fit me in for a manicure. I usually don't get color on my nails because it chips within two days, well I'm on day three and no sign of chips.

This place has terrible customer service. They were very rough and I felt like they were just rushing through the services. The nail tech also asked if I wanted my nails cut. I feel like that's a given. Then when I replied that I did she cut one hand in the shape of the square and the other round. Then she asked me after the fact.none of my nails were even. Also she did such a lazy job on my hands she didn't reach all the sides. I feel like I shouldn't have to constantly correct someone on their job. I understand people are particular about their nails but I'm pretty low maintenance in the sense that I just want them nicely painted. Massage was super lazy as well. They did not make me feel welcome. They took the colors away from me and gave them to a veteran customer. Customer service being so poor was that they definitely were much nicer to her than me. I also said almost nothing in this session to make them act so rude. Almost didn't want to tip but I know they rely on that. But I will not be returning.

Terrible customer service! One tech was very rough & I Informed her that she was hurting me & she didn’t care. After I told her the color I wanted she walked away for 15 mins, didn’t say a word. Another tech finished my nails, she was so rude! I still said thank you after she charged my card and all she said was “ mmhm” then looked past me at someone coming in. Won’t be returning. If it weren’t desperate measures, I definitely would’ve gave my money to a nail shop more deserving.

Very rude and unprofessional, even the owner. Tried to give them a second chance and I will never go back. The first time They charged me $35 for gell manicure instead of $30. When asked why? Their answer was that I am a difficult customer, because I asked the girl to clean the gell under my nails. And the second time they just kept talking about me and when I told them that I understand what they are saying, they told me I don't have to come back if I don't want to. Just like that. I am surprised this place is still in business. Will not recommend to a friend.

I've been going to South Land for years this is their sister company that being said it felt like the red headed step child. I went in for a pedicure. I picked out my polish and she said 4th chair... I sat there for 30 minutes, if I was at South Land they would have let me soak my feet while I waited instead of just sitting in the massage chair dangling my feet in a empty tub.
