I’ve been coming here for some time, off and on since 2008/9 and I have not one complaint! It’s always relaxing, never have waited long nor have service take too long. I’ve had a few different techs do my nails and I’ve never left without having a good laugh during my visit. I really appreciated the complimentary lotion they gave me for Christmas!! My hands are horribly dry this time of year and no matter how much lotion, Vaseline or oils I use, it has never helped. When they gifted the lotion to me I was so excited because I loved what they used on my hands and I could never find it anywhere, and I don’t leave the house without it! They have many services other than just nails, including waxes, lashes, etc. Thanks for great service ya’ll!!

Never come here if you actually care about your nails and the customer service care tly receive. I called for an appointment about GEL X. Now tell me why they said they can do it I go in for my appointment & the guy starts prepping my nails as regular ACRYLICS. I noticed and said why are you starting to file my nails? They don’t do that for gel X. And it’s a completely different type of application process to your nails. Gel X is healthier. So I tell him hey I don’t think you’re doing gel x and that’s why I called and came in they said that you do that here. He said “gel x is expensive” I said I don’t care I asked for that specific service for a reason. I’m from LA and the nail techs there are ARTISTS professionals so no I’m not okay with being lied to about you having a service available and the negative snappy response I got back when you didn’t do or have what I requested. DO BETTER! customers are not happy and will not be happy going to this place if you actually want your nails to look nice and clean. I mean they can’t even do nail art right? This isn’t 2010 when people only did solid colors. People WANT designs and want them done right professionally. If you can’t do it say that and I’ll leave. They proceed to mess the the shape of my nails. I asked for coffin and he gave me SQUARE so a young girl had to fix it and take over! She did amazing! I only trust young women for artist! Never coming back to a salon that claims it’s a “nail spa” and cannot do nail art.
I told the man I wanted my nails short he proceeds to put on medium length nails and tell me it’s $10 extra after he glued them on. This place is just a scam and a joke. They try to get every dime dollar out of you for services you don’t want or didn’t ask for.
Also, friendly little update I’ve never had my nails fall off in two weeks and one of my nails just fell off in half. I DIDN’T EVEN HIT MY NAIL ON ANYTHING. TERRIBLE quality of all of their products, application to the nails, and their customer service.
Again, I’m a woman that’s willing to pay for quality service but I honestly feel cheated. I did not want medium length nails got charged $10 extra for that. They did not scrub off all the dead skin off of my foot even though I got a full pedicure.
I’m also a woman that fully believes in tipping for services and I still tipped the woman not the man. She did a good paint job. Otherwise I hated everything about my experience here & will not be back & wanted to warn others! If you truly want quality go somewhere else! I’ve been getting acrylic nails and recently gel x for many years. I’m not stupid I just want and expect quality. Nails are not cheap but they’re well worth it. I do modeling so point being if you are OCD and need your nails done professionally, do not go here you won’t be happy. They are severely overpriced for the terrible quality that they provide.

I totally recommend Vicky’s nails they are always so kind and the salon is super clean! Jenni always does an outstanding job on both my manicures and pedicures she’s the best!!!

I love the services. Jessica is definitely my go to person for my pedicure, brows, nails, and her lashes are like non other she does a great job. Very professional, and very detailed oriented when it comes to services. I highly recommend you try her out!!!

Vicky took care of me! I told her what I wanted & she did it exactly the way I described!! Very sweet! Jenni was my tech last time & she was busy with appointments but I wasn’t disappointed with Vicky. The gentleman who did my pedicure was great too forgot his name but I’ll look for him next time as well!!

They are always very respectful of your time! I have personally gone to Vicky, her daughter and Sister. I'm never disappointed. They update the salon regularly esp with seating I was told to make sure "you feel good. " Prices are competitive.

I Had Got a Pedicure & full set From Jessica & she did Amazing! From having past experience in The Nail Tech Field I can say I would 1000% recommend her! The Whole Crew Is Very nice & great! I'm More open to Letting a Tech doing Free styling & she did good for something simple & Cute that I wanted. The Pedicure was great & she made sure I was comfortable. I really don't do surveys but I feel like she deserves this one cus she did that !! I'm in love. Thank you for Taking your time & doing your best! Definitely a 10/10!!

Love Vicky Nails Spa. It's so spacious and clean, with a relaxing scent that puts you in the mood to unwind. No overwhelming smells like other salons I've been to. They did an amazing job on my builder gel nails.❤️
