I recently had the summer escape package- was so excited to see this new pkg they had! As I wanted a long pampering day. The massage was nice and the lady was wonderful- but not long enough to get to entire body. Then the facial was next room over and was not that enjoyable. Just a scrub, some steam, and a mask. Painful neck massage for just a min. While mask was in face I got a simple foot scrub and some hot towels and cream on feet.Then finished my face. Apparently that was my 25 min foot treatment. Not good! Didn’t like them touching my face and then feet and then face again after I had been in plunge pool. Also plunge pool as growing green stuff on sides of bench's. So gross.
After massage I went to shower and had to step over all the dirty towels someone left behind. Also very dirty and all hampers were full!! Then I got a glass of champagne in plastic- ugh.
But the whole 3 hrs I was there no water glasses left- no cups for tea and no neck wraps- no foot soaks- not combs for wet hair. SPA seemed old and in bad shape- not a pampered feeling for almost 500.00. Super disappointing. I won’t be going back. Also Pool outside was closed and no offer to come back for a free 2 hr pool day. Shame…

I recently visited Vi La Vita Spa for the summer escape package which included massage, facial and foot massage. Unfortunately, my experience with the facial was disappointing. The person who performed it seemed inexperienced, as the treatment consisted only of exfoliation and the application of various products, all done very roughly. However, the massage was quite enjoyable and well done.

One other downside was the complimentary drink being served in a plastic container. For a spa of this caliber, I expected a glass, which would have added a touch of elegance to the experience.

Brisa was a very attentive receptionist, and Monica was wonderful during my massage. Perfect pressure and hit all the correct spots. Definitely will come back—why not 5 stars? The outside pool was closed. But worth the trip

I specifically look for salon and spas that use Dazzle Dry, the MOST AMAZING nail polish for natural nails. I found that this spa uses this product so I booked. I got in for a mani pedi within one hour of my call with Lilly. I received one of the best nail services ever! Lilly is a seasoned nail tech who really knows what she is doing- I mean, REALLY EXCELLENT job. I received an excellent service at a fair price and even booked my husband for a pedi the very next day and he too, was very impressed by Lilly’s work. Looking forward to coming back again. The only thing I would change is more color selections for Dazzle Dry polish.

They closed early when they're supposed to close at 5, no one is there, doors locked at 4:50. I called in advance to ask if they have a product. They said they did and that they'd be open until 5. I told them I'd be here before 5. THEY'RE THE BUSINESS AND NOT KEEPING THEIR BUSINESS HOURS. NOT OK!!!!

From start to finish, I was treated with 5 star accommodations. Amy greeted and set me up with a digital locker. They show you access to the steam sauna and showers*
Upon arrival in the lounge area, your given a neck aroma therapy bean bag wrap(if you want). To you left is a warm elegant fire place, and to your right, is a hot pool built for pure lounging. Outside was a beautiful cool pool but I figured after the message I'd check it out. There was fresh roasted almonds and dried apricots. Lemon water and Tazo tea to drink. Sue, my masseuse was amazing. The 80 min Vintners Inn message was epic. Definetly going back.

Went for massages with a friend and had a lovely time. My therapist was excellent and the spa and lounge was clean and relaxing.

This was a lovely spa experience. Be sure to give yourself time for the facilities. There are two shallow pools and a steam room. The massage was wonderful.
