Very nice and welcoming staff! Did my nails and toes at once making the time efficient. The chairs are good too! It’s a good place to go for basic solid colors. I did light pink! Love my nails just a little thick looking! 😎

Very unprofessional and rude. Gel mani costs $37 and I got charged an extra $20 for "services" that I never consented to nor was made aware of. I did not know I had to pay extra until it was time to pay. When I confronted the employee, she raised her voice at me in front of other customers and then ignored me while I expressed my concerns. These were simple and basic "services" that should be free of extra charge. After all, I am paying $37...for exactly what? Just to apply nail polish? Not to mention the uneven filing, cuts on my fingers, and messy nail polish on my nails/skin. If you are going to charge your customers extra for something, you are obligated to advise them and not assume that they will pay for it or would like to proceed. They make it seem like they are doing you a favor, when in reality each "favor" is going to cost you an extra $10.

Only took one star away because they made me wait for an hour when my appointment was supposed to be at 5:30 pm. Otherwise, it was very clean, and the woman who did my nails was so sweet. after I didn't like the French, she took it off and re-did my favorite light pink - bubble bath 💓 🫧. Also it was inexpensive.

I had a terrible experience at this nail salon. My pedicure was rushed because my technician seemed more interested in getting to her next client than providing quality service. I opted for a French design, but it was poorly done. The technician didn't apply a base coat and added clear nail polish *after* the white was painted, which seemed wrong to me. To top it off, my nails needed a serious clean-up around the nail bed, which wasn't done.

Despite my politeness and the tip I gave, I won't be coming back here. I was charged $52 for a poorly done and rushed pedicure. Overall, the experience was unsatisfactory, and I cannot recommend this salon.

They were able to take us right away however the customer service was terrible. The lady only talked to other staff.... the spa pedicure was $70 but everything was so rushed I could barely enjoy it. The spa was so quiet and just not a good vibe. The lady was nice but the spa is definitely lacking personality.

This place is a rip off!!! I got regular pedi and gel manicure. In other similar salons in the same area for the same service I would pay $70-$80 with foot scrub, hand and foot massage included in this price, and my nails will not chip.
In this place I ended paying $115 + tip for the same service. I'm on a business trip in Europe and here is the result 7 days later!
