Today was my first time visiting this salon and I was impressed. It’s super clean and all the employees were friendly. I was a walk in and didn’t have to wait very long for service. The technician did a great job on my gel manicure.

My gel pedicure came out nice. Tracy did a good job. My gel manicure was one of the worst I've ever had. Another lady there had to fix it for me. I went on vacation the next day and the paint on my hands were already chipped. There's some discloring. I paid $87 to have ugly nails in Jamaica. How annoying.

Horrible experience. Walked in and they did seat me down right away. The woman who did my nails was kind. The place is a bit unorganized and I was a bit iffy about the nail tools. I am a Cosmo so I know a lot of sanitation and cleaning less of a business since I manage one. There tools were not in sterilizer bags which they should be. I seen the nail tech next to me wipe her tools down with a wipe. Which I wanted to walk out and I didn’t since I needed my broken nail fixed. Well one thing I will tell you is that I walked out very disappointed. My nails were done so wrong and not only that. She had said she could do the design I had previously and it was simple. Anyone can do it well she had no clue so she lied when I originally had asked her which is why I stayed. She cut me numerous times on the same finger so I was scared it was going to get infected. Well my trip to this nail spa was horrible and would never recommend anyone here. I rather drive to my girl in Long Beach and wait 1 hr for one nail to be honest. I didn’t take a picture of my mail of how embarrassed I am of how it looks. Literally like a ducks nail, uneven.

Overall, no one likes to be hustled. Be clear with your offerings, DO NOT force people into more expensive services, and be open to hearing this from your customers. Surprisingly, the nails came out nice, but the service sucked and NOT worth going through that. Will rather pay the same price somewhere else. Be nice to customers you don't know.

Walked in early for an appointment, they took me right away. However, service was lacking, no one was happy to see me as a client. I didn't feel welcome. I went in for a full set with regular polish and within 5 min. was upsold to a gel polish to which I relunctantly agreed. We all have been to a nail salon and upselling is part of the gig. HOWEVER, manipulation isn't. When they started doing the work, the worker started applying colored powder...which I NEVER agreed to. I brought it up after 3 fingers in, and the manicurist simply said "powder is more expensive". Shame on me for not stopping her right there an then, however, I was simply in shock. The rest of the appointment was just her aggressively doing my nails, and not a single smile (despite me trying to having a nice demeanor). If you don't care about some semblance of decent service, please come here!!

I felt like a number in the salon, get me in and get me out. When I sat down at the pedicure table she hadn’t cleaned from the last customer. There were cut nails all over. Didn’t even change out the hand towel. When I requested nail art she put on decals. I expected them to be painted on. I asked her to clean up the color on my skin she told me that it won’t stick to my skin and didn’t remove it. And to add insult they charged me $3 to use my card to pay. I will find a new place next time. This was not a pleasant or friendly experience.
