Awful!!! We called and asked ahead of time and asked if they had xl gel X tips and they said yes. When we got there the lady immediately started whacking off my nails and then tried to give us regular length. She then got into an argument saying she didn’t know what was in the boxes and she thought they had them. The BIG man started yelling that the regular is just s good as the xl. Not wanting to be yelled at and after driving to that place thinking they had what we wanted, we were forced to leave brokenhearted and nail-less😭

Literally the worst. Tried them out because of pictures I saw online. My nails look terrible. I got dip and I have bubbles under that formed on every nail. Nails are not even and you can see streaks in my polish. When I asked them for a refund they refused. $70 for medium tips with dip. You would think that they would know what they were doing when charging prices like this. I was wondering why I was the only customer there on a Sunday morning and now it’s clear why.

I have been a customer of this salon for so many years it broke my heart when Francis sold. I was skeptical but a huge fan of the new owners. They are just as wonderful and the service just as good. Love that John is still here and I will continue to be a customer for the next 15 years.

New owners are very hospitable, they’re young and enthusiastic. They’ve done a nice interior update that is fresh bright and clean. My guy, John, is still there as well, and does a excellent pedicure, detail oriented and worth the extra massage time for sure. I’m delighted to have a local nail spa. Support local independent business.

Wonderful Experience everything is completely beautified, a little sad that my friend doesn't own it anymore,but hey they are great new owners V and Mike want to take care of their new clientele.Here is a plus they give complimentary drinks. JOHN IS STILL THERE Just incase anyone was curious. Alot more options with nails now. Recommend Lena for pedicures she does an amazing job cleaning your toes and feet and she is just so gentle.Everything is 15% off too ladies and gentlemen.

I texted early morn at 8am and got a response right away. I was able to book a nail appt for 10:30. V and her husband (owners) were so welcoming and kind. V did an excellent job on my nails with the design. They also served me a free alcohol beverage! As a new customer, I also received a 15% discount (new shop special).
