After resuming service after years away for personal reasons, I went here expecting better than what I have experienced in 3 visits. Generally they didn't seem to receive unfamiliar customers well, but I excused that and went a 2nd time.The stylish was pretty impatient with me selecting colors which they don't share with you until you're sitting in front of them and then there are 3-4 charts with at least 50 shades & no professional advice when asked. I had to ask for the basic mani that I asked for. Had same stylist this 3rd time, the worst. It was crowded & she was rushing. No mani done, shabby gel polish job but I said, oh well, I needed to leave. Fast forward,2 days later, 2 nails peeled off. I returned, got repairs polish didn't match exactly but again I had waited & needed to leave, no charge. 2 days later and over a weekend, several peeled off completely. I called to see what consideration could be given and was told flat out, nothing would be done and if I needed a new set, it would be totally at my expense even though it was clear that trouble started a few days later. This is unacceptable service that no consideration would be given,even half off or a small percentage would have shown good customer service.

My father continues to need nail service due to a medical condition. This is the best place we’ve found yet. They are fast, friendly, and diligent. She spent so much time taking care of his feet, and she did it with care and attention to detail.

Got my nails done to treat myself for my birthday and they ended up coming out even better than the picture I showed the lady !! I love them. You can tell she took her time to perfect them and I will definitely be coming back whenever i’m in town.

Have had 500 SNS manicures. I drove from Citronelle because I have had good service here before. When I questioned the person doing my manicure about unusual techniques she was using, she replied this was her way of doing the process on multiple parts of the manicure. Poor quality, my nails are all different shapes, clear with different finish on each nail. Does not look like SMS. No white base dip layer. I did not want my nails done her way and drew my hands back several times. Customer is always right, should have listened to me.

my nails are not how i wanted. when doing the nails most technicians ask questions my artist rod not she glued white tips onto my nails and then proceeded after i explained that i didn’t like them. she said i should have asked for something else and it was too late to go back now. she was also rude and was extremely tough i did not appreciate being nicked near my cuticle. this is not what you would depict french to to be

I was the first in line outside of the store. He sat me down and didn’t even turn on the water for my feet and started doing a white customers nails first and also let the customer talk to me and my mom any type of way. If you aren’t white I wouldn’t even bother coming here because to them you aren’t anything but trash otherwise! They are definitely racist and so are the customers. I wish nothing but bad things on the man/employee that was in that shop that day and the customers too!
