The bald male employee here is SO incredibly rude. I asked for a service that I guess they don’t provide (replacing a tip on my toenail, as it broke while I was trimming my toenails). He just yelled at me so loudly in front of other staff and customers. So unfair professional and unnecessary. I’ve only been here twice and the first time (last week) the female with blush colored hair did my fingernails and she was fine. Foothill Nails across the street are excellent; I’ve been going to them for years but they were full today. Not ever coming back here to uptown spa again. The opposite of a “spa” experience—super stressful.

My christmas nails after less than a week?1st time to see gel mani (hard gel) off the nails in less than a week, usually it lasts until the tech removes it off. And the hard gel was suppose to add more protection to my nails but unfortunatly this didn't happen, I regret paying all this money for an unprofessional work, and also I have no time before christmas to redo my nails, thank u for ruining my christmas ?

Took my sister here, horrible service. At Dad day there was a travel blogger and the male technician I believe started freaking out (bear in mind the blogger was outside the business and on the curb so he could record) they basically shut down the store because of something so innocuous and stupid.

It was my second time coming here and I must say, I’ve enjoyed both of my experiences. Everyone was friendly and kind. I made appointments each time and they were always available. Upon arrival, I was seated immediately. Nancy did my pedicure and she was amazing and quick. Sang did my acrylic set and she SLAYED the damn thing. I showed her a picture of the design I wanted and she did exactly just that. Great service and reasonable prices. I think I found my go to nail salon!

I’ve been coming here for 10 years but today will be my last. Instead of treating me with basic customer service since I am a loyal customer, Donna who did my pedicure was very rude and did not apologize. She even proceeded to lie to my face and say her name was Dora.

She was so caught with her conversations with her co-workers, that she forgot to spray alcohol on my toes before applying the nail polish. This is their standard protocol so I was merely reminding her kindly. She got very nasty and started yelling and shaking her finger at me. These employees are very irate and horrible. You can’t tell them what you need or else they want to fight you. Mind you it’s a service driven business.

Two pedicures ago, I got a toe infection because Bill was digging too deep into my skin. I had called Eric, he only apologized over the phone but did not proceed to compensate for the damage they caused to my health. However, I still gave them a second chance and came back. That is why I reminded Donna to spray alcohol which she was already supposed to do but forgot due to her negligence.

Also, this time she didn’t take the nail tools out of a sterile bag but merely put acetone on it. On top of that she cut my nails all crooked and did a careless job. She did not apologize once for her verbal attack. Mind you I’m the paying customer. Terrible, unprofessional, smack talking salon. It’s a real shame on their behalf. They mistreat and abuse their customers.
