My initial visit here was a bit rocky, but after expressing I wasn't happy with my gel x set Jennifer (the manager) had me come back the next day to get a brand new set. Vi was the technician who helped me this time, and she took the time to ask and understand exactly what i wanted. She was so sweet, gentle and kind. I absolutely adore my new set, and will definitely be back to see her for my future sets.Thank you ladies!!

I had permanent nail polish, the next day, an extra fee was asked to fix my broken nails. Their approach was not friendly. I am not satisfied at all, I definitely do not recommend it to anyone. They also charge more than other salons. And the finished version at the end, it's amazing. We asked if you liked it, they answered yes, we liked it very much. I think they are making fun of me.

I’ve been going to Universe Nails for years. I’ve always had great service. Recently I started getting GelX extensions and fills. Today Melisa did my new set. She did an amazing job. Will definitely be going back to her.

Universe nails always provides a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere! The nail techs are professional and well qualified! Over several years I’ve tried other places but always find I never get the same level of services or care! my nails not only look great and last- they are healthier and always feel much better after a universe pedicure and manicure!!! The extra touches the warm rock massage, the water/tea and treat and the techs always ask me how I’m doing and how my services are! High recommend a visit anytime you need a little relaxation or pampering and all your nail care needs!

Mediocre at best. Nail tech behaved strangely. Insisted on not cutting my nails even though I asked her to multiple times, did a poor job filing, resulting in jagged ends. Did not fix (except to add top coat, which did not fix the problem). Left the salon with pock-marked nails (see pic) and had to go back for them to fix. Not enough color coats so color looks uneven. Made my finger bleed.

She kept complementing her own work the entire time, saying how beautiful it was. I don't agree.

I am so shocked to receive such service ! They did such a horrible job despite I went back to show crater marks on all my fingers. I kept telling the manicurist that you are leaving these spots and she would say “I fix for you”! Even when she was painting my nail, the first coat came so uneven and I kept telling her before putting my hand under the light that it is not even. She kept going forward with her “work”.
After I got out of the salon, I looked at all my nails under the sun and it was all craters and air bubbles under on my nails.
I went back and she tried to fix it but it still came out the same result with the same manicurist. I even asked for the owner as I didn’t see her on Wednesday when I went. They all huddled around me and spoke in their language and I felt they were not listening to my request. I felt they did not bother to fix the problem despite charging such high price and I always tip them nicely.

They did amazing as always! This nail salon has nicest workers ever and they never fail to make me smile! I get showered with compliments as soon as I walk in the door. Not to mention that they did an incredible job with my nails as usual. I love these people <3
