They were nice people, but I don't think they have the skill set to do designs in a professional way. The guy there was nice, and the girl was too, but...

I wouldn't have written this review if they had just acknowledged they couldn't do my nails right and given me a discount.

While she was doing my nails, she would forget to cure them under the blue light and wasn't really present when painting them.

When I told her the gold tips were coming off, she tried to fix them, but they came off again. These are my nails straight out of the salon. Honestly, if she didn't have the confidence to do it right, I would have preferred just a solid color and been happy.

During my time there, another lady came in and said her nail was coming off and wanted a refund. It was her 2nd time too. I honestly wanted a refund while I was getting mine done too 😂 The gold finish was not good, especially considering the $80 charge ($65 for gelx and $15 for the design). They didn't even clean nails up and left paint and glitter all over. The glue at the bottom came off right after I left the salon.

Honestly, this is my second time with them. The first time was just to remove my gel x nails, and they actually bleed/bruised me. They charged me $30. I thought, you know what, maybe I'm being too harsh; let me give them a chance with just normal nails. Nope. I hate writing these reviews because I honestly feel mean, but I had to because I relied on the good reviews left here and it was disappointing.

I do hope they improve in the future. They should provide discounts or partial refunds when they know they screwed up because, as I saw today, it was not going well. I know nails are a luxury not a need. And I am willing to pay, but not when the quality of my nails is mediocre.

Brian and Kathy are both awesome. My nails have never lasted as long as they do now. Gel polish is included at no extra cost!

The best nail salon in Riverside CA. They are a small but mighty. Brian is so thorough. My nail always look amazing. Linda did my friends pedicure and she loved how Linda did a round cut to her nails and how gentle she was. My next Acrylic Nail appointment will also include a Pedicure with Linda.
