After having a terrible experience at a different salon, I decided to check out Twin Sisters. They are dip experts which is so hard to find in the bay area. They were beyond gentle and only took around an hour! Lucy took such incredible care of me, I felt like family. I somehow ended up eating the best plate of Vietnamese noodles I've ever had. I will literally never go to a different nail salon again. Shout out to Lucy and Nancy. I trust you with my life

Absolutely love this nail salon. What really sets Twin Sisters apart is their genuine care for their clients. They remember your preferences, engage in pleasant conversation without being overbearing, and make sure you are happy before you leave. The salon clean. I absolutely love that it is family owned - you will always see the twin sisters working and often their mother too! They do an amazing job with powder dip nails and I love their pedicures.

My first time there, I found them by searching online, and the reviews were right, an excellent experience all around! The twins Nancy and Lucy couldn’t be nicer, really personable and it immediately became my new go to place. I was comfortable, loved the classical piano music playing, and my nails look great. I have super sensitive toes and when I let Nancy know she thanked me and her touch was amazing, not one wince from me. Pricing is reasonable as well! Thank you Twin Sisters 🙏🏼

I don't recommend them and probably will not come there anymore. I did dip powder manicure without extension, just my own nails length. The dip powder technology is new for me, I did it for the first time and it's interesting. But the woman who was doing it for me .... Hm..she cut my skin and cuticle several times, absolutely not accurate, some color was on my skin around the nails and she didn't clean it, the shape is wavy, not even, so...very bad job.

My bff and I had a great!! Experience ! Thank you SO much. Our first time trying dip and we did a holiday theme. We loved the salon. Everyone was so nice and accommodating. When the owner arrived, he offered everyone mimosas! It was a Friday close to 5pm it was so fun and sweet a great way to kickoff the weekend and enjoy getting our nails done. Really awesome spot, clean with tons of gel and dip options. Those pedicure chairs look so comfortable will have to try next time! Thank you thank you! *to note, they had a mini fridge w complimentary beverages, water, Diet Coke etc. major plus for that!! Ty!

Came here with my bestie to get our nails done for the first time and the service was bad. We got to our 2:30 appointment and was told to come back at 3:15 bc they were busy. We waited 45 minutes. The guy who was helping greet and guide people said they would take extra good care of us if we waited. I had asked for a deluxe pedi and full acrylic set. When we go back 45 minutes later we still had to wait to get in the chair. They ended up guy ended up telling me that I never asked for a pedicure even though I did he could clearly see I was in flip-flops and he had mentioned I could start my pedicure or come back in 45minutes. When I tried telling him that I did ask for a pedicure, he was not paying attention to me at all, and just moved onto the next person The lady who did my acrylics was nice I left a $20 tip. They said they discounted my set because I had to wait so long but I don’t think they did the nails itself was $70 with the discount apparently I spent a total of $90 and I am not satisfied I didn’t get a pedicure and my nails look like trash. The shape is off and the acrylic is uneven. They look nice from far away but if you look up close, they do not look good. My thumbs are two different sizes. Can’t take a picture of my own thumbs that well but they are noticeably different sizes and shapes. She did not take the time to compare sizes like in my usual salon. I recommend orchid nails in Novato. This place sucks
