My mother passed away at home on Christmas day and I was not quite prepared for making any arrangements. I was told about Trident by a social worker. I was very impressed with everyone that I dealt with that day from the time I called the 24/7 line to when they came to picked her up. They were very respectful and I was surprised they kept me informed of when they would be arriving since it was Christmas day. It did not take too long.
I also was impressed with the staff when I went to make arrangements. I felt extremely comforted by Reid and the other gentleman I have met. I was not pressured into getting anything I did not want or need. All the paperwork, death certificate etc was taken care of by Trident. The environment was also very peaceful and calming.
I plan to make arrangements for myself and my husband when things settle down. Thank you again for a stress-free experience, and I definitely recommend Trident Society in Santa Cruz.

Just about a year ago we found ourselves in need of Trident after the completely unexpected death of our mother. Trident handled our situation with love and grace. Then we unbelievable found ourselves in the same situation a month ago when our dad unexpectedly died. While we were still in absolute shock, Christie came in and handled everything having met our family the year prior. We are grateful for Trident who heled us tremendously in our time of need!

The support I've received from the Trident Society is such a relief at a very difficult and sad time. One phone call to them after my Dad's passing, and they took away the burdens of dealing with, respectful body removal, cremation, contacting SSI, death certificates, checking in with me to make sure I'm OK. And more. Gentle, kind people. So incredible. I can't recommend them enough. Shout out to Reid, who walked me through ever step of way. And Elizabeth who checks in with me monthly as I grieve. 💚💯

The product and how it worked if you moved it passed away out of the area. Then the individual meeting provided more info and time for discussion of details and financing. My family was positive about this decision and the process! Good for older persons to consider.

The Trident Society was an absolute comfort and huge help when my mom passed away. I was pretty lost and devastated when my mom passed. The trident society made this very difficult time as smooth as can be in this situation. They helped with the death certificate, organized the cremation, told me who needs copies of death certificates, made a sweet little memorial when I picked up ashes, etc. They were so patient with me, as I was not thinking clearly at all times. I am truly grateful for their kindness and help. I strongly recommend their services.

Lisa Coad was such a professional to work with...!! She was very patient (and thankfully persistent!) as I spent several months finalizing my plans... She guided me through the process, answering so many questions knowledgeably...a stellar customer service experience and great fun to interact with...!!

Overall, knowing end-of-life arrangements are completed is a wonderful relief...thank you Lisa and Trident🙏...!!

It’s all TRUE ! Pre planning is a must that everyone should consider and act on. In our time of need they did EVERYTHING they promised and MORE. Life Insurance is fine but BURIAL insurance comes FIRST. Christie with the Santa Cruz location quickly and consistently looked out and handled everything i needed and even things i didn’t know i needed ! TRIDENT out performed our expectations hands down.
