I booked a same day appointment for the scalp treatment with Kristen and my experience was nothing short of amazing! I really needed the silent service, much appreciated. My scalp feels rejuvenated and oh so squeaky clean! 10/10 would definitely recommend time and time again. The clay mask and toner were a bit cold and I wish the bed was heated, that would help offset the cold products but I loved the steam and hot towels, those were *chef’s kiss* divine. I locked myself out of my car and was sitting out front on the steps when Kristen graciously offered me a seat inside the warm studio. I have definitely found a gem in Tracy Well-Being Retreat.

Just got a scalp and facial treatment! All I can say is that this is 1 of the best “spa“ experiences I’ve had in as long as I can remember, and I “spa” a lot lol. Marcella’s work is magical as are her hands! My scalp, hair, and skin feeling amazing. I can’t wait to come back with my girls! 12 out of 10 experience!

Overdue review! Thanks to Marcella and her team for accommodating our friends as we did a girly spa date. She facilitated little snacks and special touches to make our time together fun and was very personable during the booking!
She did a facial for me and was so thoughtful and thorough. Tracy is very lucky to have a little retreat like this, even though it hasn’t even been a year, the space is so calming, relaxing from the second you get out of your car and a lot of love has been put into it.
Looking forward to trying other treatments soon!

Marcella’s wellness treatment was an amazing experience! The facial/scalp treatment was a great combo that left me feeling relaxed and rejuvenated! Loved my scalp revival treatment! It was my first time getting a service like this, and I will definitely be back! Lobby is so cute. Our therapists offered us sparkling water while we waited and gave us a scalp analysis before our treatment. The products smelled amazing, and they customized the products to my specific needs being pregnant. Very kind staff.

Absolutely incredible experience!! The scalp and head treatment was absolutely the most incredibly indulgent experience I’ve had in years. My hair feels amazing and I cant thank my kids enough for such a great Christmas gift!! Time to hint to hubby for Valentine’s Day!!

Came her with my daughter for a Spa day. Service and experience was amazing, 10 out of 10. The space is very cozy and chic, alot of attention goes into the smallest detail. Will definitely come here again! The owner Mercella is great, good vibes and energy all around!
