Best nail salon in SCV! All of the nail techs are very talented and I’ve literally never been disappointed here. (And I’m picky about my nails lol) Lillian is the sweetest and she really takes her time to get your nails how you like them. Even when I was the last person in the salon and her ride was waiting outside she still took her time and completed every little detail flawlessly. Definitely would recommend this shop to everyone but it is always busy so make sure to make an appointment. You’re welcome 😅

Got my nails done here twice so far. Both times I got dip powder and a gel polish on top. First time was great, she was quick, professional and did a great job with my nails, they looked so good.

The second time, they assigned someone who typically does pedicures, which I don’t mind, but I don’t appreciate being their trial and error person. I guess someone’s gotta be🙄 anyhow, it took her an hour and a half to finish my nails, she made them extremely thick and uneven (bumpy), and didn’t apply the gel polish properly, overall it looked very spotty and rigid. She definitely tried her best so I give her an A for effort. She really took her time and was actually great with the cuticles. Best cuticle removal I’ve ever had.

Luckily, they were nice enough at the front desk to not charge me when I voiced my problem & she saw my nails.

Ran into my friend there and she said they actually give the best pedicures so I’ll be getting one soon!

My first time going to this place. I had a pedicure, was the best pedicure I ever had. My only complaint is that I picked a certain service and when I went to pay they added an additional amount because they said I got the gel treatment. I never asked for the gel treatment and she never asked me if I wanted gel. Hidden cost is not good for business. I will go back because I did like what she did but will make it clear that I want nothing extra.

The lady did my nail was not careful. Not sure if she is professional. She use very strong machine power to polish my nails. After the nail done, all my left hand fingers hurt, and swollen seriously. My daughter also did a nail polish service today. The left thumb were terribly presented. I do my nail every three weeks. This is my time to this facility. It is very disappointing to do nail here.
