The worst nail experience ever! I don’t recommend going there ! Accrylic all built up on my skin and when she tried to remove it I got cut several times ! It’s caked up in corners , my nails are uneven and different shapes ! it looks like a beginner nail tech practiced on my hands ! I paid full price and when I told her my dislikes and if she could fix it she became angry and wanted me to pay for the service before it was complete when I refused and said I would pay when the service is over she became upset and rude . This took her too long to do I was there for 3 hours and left so unhappy . They didn’t try to resolve the issue . Poor customer service ! Now I’m stuck with these ugly nails 😭😭 it’s been 2 days and I’m still looking at my hands upset and I feel Robbed!! I got a pedi and mani for 2 it was 215$ and me and mom were both unhappy and cut up 🤮🤮
0/10 customer service and 0/10 on the work done .

I came yesterday saturday to do my nails. I didn't like them, she put the acrylic on my skin, and some were fatter than others. If i tried fixing it on my own, then it would break off, so I came today sunday to fix them. They are not worth 50 bucks! She tried fixing it but still didn't like the results. I asked for her 30 dollars back as you could see the pics one is wide than the other, and my nails are not that fat. She filed it more, and now you could see my nail. She wouldn't be understanding. AND WORDT OF ALL THE OWNER IS THE ONE THAT DID MY NAILS. She was trying to take a picture of me and my nails. She was just wrong. She kept shutting me up. Worst customer service. I am assuming she called her daughter.I started talking to her through her phone. I showed her my nails and tried to explain to her what was going on, and the owner just snatched the phone away. Told her I was still talking to her, and she didn't care. She wanted to give me only 20, so I told her daughter nor her or me 25 because she could still hear me. The owner agreed to it, but talking smack in her language was very upset. I told her I got a pedicure at the same time and didn't have a problem with that. It was the way she left my nails. She didn't even clean them correctly yesterday, I had a bump on one of my nails. I do not recommend this place. Some did, but I regret doing so because it was 50 for nothing. I just got half back. You could even see the fatness of it like if my nails are that fat. My sister showed me hers, and they were way better, and she has a month with them already. That tells you everything!!

please do not support this business. They’re just nasty in there. I literally just walked in and this grumpy older. I mean old lady tells me get out! I said what’s the matter she mistake me for a homeless person because I was carrying a bag little does she know, I’ve been having manicures and pedicures definitely before she got to this country. With that said I will never ever support any place that treats people the way she treated me. Consider yourself warned. There are plenty of other nail salons in the neighborhood that will provide good clean service without being nasty for no reason .

If I can give this place half a star to 0 star I would. , After getting a dip powder, the nail tech Linda l filed my nail down to my skin where I feel it burning. The next day my nails have turned black at the tip and they hurt a lot since she filed it sooo much. I was asking for a refund but she wanted to remove everything and started acting rude. Heidi is the only one better on that place but she’s not working there anymore. Worst place to get your nails ever. Don’t come here at all.

When coming here , you have to be aware they will do a half ass job! They do not make sure you leave with what you paid/asked for , so be sure to pay attention and read everything that comes with what you’re paying for such as the pedicure bundles and manicure bundles. The cut down and the filing she definitely skipped , the intense callus remover , all she cared to do was complain about how horrible my feet were , they literally look like I just when to get nail polish removed , no cleaning. She kept asking me if I was ok and laughing at me as well. Made no sense to me. Cuticle removal , buffing and massaging thats all that consisted of my mani 😂 and the pedi , was suppose to have everything this lady did , cuticle removal, callus and scrub/ hot towel wrap. Then when I ask for a cut down she filed down my big toes instead of cutting them down and left the rest as is. And I got no color so they just look horrible , had so much to say about my callus and I still got cracks back there 💀 just basically for nothing.
