On July 31, 2024 I attended The Ten Nail shop and it was a pleasure to there. I had a manicure and pedicure with gel polish by Pauline. The massage chairs at this shop is outstanding. I couldn’t hardly keep my feet straight while my toes were being polished because I was so relaxed and just wanted to sleep. The massage chairs feel like you are getting a massage from an expert masseuse. Pauline scrub my feet, massage my legs and feet and when I rubbed the bottom of feet together they were so soft and smooth. I love it and you will to. Also, Andy does hands only but he can have your hands looking amazing. He is very creative, talented and very knowledgeable just like Pauline. Therefore, if you want to get your nails and feet done right at good prices then call and schedule your appointments now. I give 4 ⭐️.

I went in a lil less than a week ago and got a full set of acrylics with the gel polish. My experience was honestly not bad. The people were friendly and attentive. Atleast the man was for sure. The lady doing my polish did let me change it once, without any issues. Which was nice. But when she was pairing them she messed up the design twice and tried to fix it but only made it worse. My top coat was peeling. Each finger had bubbles and bumps and waves in the polish. They look extremely “chunky” and the best part was that after having them for ONLY 4 DAYS AMD PAYING $50!!!! EVERY SINGLE NAIL besides my thumbs WERE ALREADY COMING COMPLETELY OFF!!!!!! I now am less than a week into having them and 9 out of 10 of my nails are hanging on by a thread. I don’t do anything hard or extensive with my hands. There is NO REASON they should all be about to pop off. I literally paid $50 for what looks like some press on nails from Walmart. So disappointed. And when I call no one answers for me to be able to communicate this to them.

I think they get the job done tbh. The reviews are harsh and can easily deter people. I agree it’s not the cleanest place, hence the 3⭐️. The strong smell of the nail polish also greets you the moment you step in. Not a fancy nail shop if that’s what you’re looking for. But they get the job done, the nail polish lasts long and it’s the most affordable nail shop I know in Birmingham AL!

We arrived about an hour and a half before actual closing. The time online said 8 pm. When we arrived they said 7. We waited patiently until it was our turn. By the time they finally got us to the pedi section, no packages were offered for us to choose from. The lady who did the services rushed through the entire thing. She did was rough and I literally jumped the entire time because she was hurting me every 5 minutes. I asked her was she not going to rub my legs and put the oils and things on my feet? She put ONE hot towel on my legs and took it right back off. Lastly, she put a dry scrub brush on my foot and I said, are you not gonna wet the Brillo pad up first because you’re hurting my feet. She had an attitude the entire time. I got gel French tips. Before I made it home the polish came off of one toe. I said I understand that it’s nearing closing now, but we’ve been here waiting and I expect the same service as if I got here right at opening. I did not tip and I will be returning to get this fixed and hopefully my money back because the unprofessionalism and lack of quality received, I won’t be back after that!

Amazing service and owners & employees are super nice and welcoming. The shop is super clean.
