This was my first visit to TL Nails and I must say it was very pleasant. They greeted me as I walked in and my nail tech Lucas did not miss! He gave me exactly what I asked for. Inspo vs. my set!

Went to go get my nails done with my stepdad and mom. My stepdad got his feet done and in that process the woman scraped skin off one of this toes and continued to scrap his foot. On 08/02/24 his foot bruised and now it is uncomfortable for him to wear shoes we went back to the salon and spoke to the supervisor. Who said he couldn’t do anything and that the wound would hill in 2 days we are leaving for a cruise on 08/03/24 and made that aware he still continued to say he was sorry and that he couldn’t do anything about it and proceeded to tell my mom to go buy some comfortable shoes for my stepdad. All I’m going to say is go to this place at your own risk and pay attention.

I have been coming here a while now. But today was my last visit. I got a color change on my toes and a fill on my nails. I was charged 80 dollars for everything. And when asked why, the lady responded because I have medium length nails. These are the same nails they have been filling for the last three visits and now your charging for length! I won't be back

My daughter & I went to this nail salon as part of a birthday gift from me to her. My daughter’s nails & toes look great. Mine on the other hand, not so much. The man was waiting on me didn’t trim any skin off of my toes or cut my cuticles, I paid for manicure & didn’t get one. When we sat down to start on my nails he went straight into getting the dip ready to put on & I had told him twice I needed tips because my nails are to short. He was trying to convince me to do it on my real nails! Finally he got the tips out & started gluing them on. After a while I asked if he was going to trim my cuticle area & make it look clean & he didn’t! He never even asked me to wash my hands. My nails looked terrible. Later on another nice man that works there tried to fix what he had done & all he could do was put gel polish over the dip. I don’t prefer gel polish. I wanted dip & didn’t get that either. I did, but it’s under the gel polish. Then our total was $200.everyone there was friendly don’t get me wrong. & the man that fixed my nails didn’t have to do that. But these nails ain’t worth $5 let alone whatever they charged. I guess I’ll be wearing these until next time! We provide our phone number & email at check in, I feel like they should offer to redo them. Doubt that happens.

I went in Friday and was able to be seen almost immediately. The lady worked on me for both my manicure and pedicure and she did an amazing job! She was so kind and made sure everything she was doing was ok and felt good.
