Visiting from LA, I popped in to get my nails done just to try someone new and loved my time there. Jason did a great job and was very kind. Always a little nervous about letting a new tech do my nails, but they did not disappoint and exceeded my expectations. I will definitely come back when I’m in the neighborhood again.

They absolutely hacked my nails. Apparently a "repair" should sit up at an angle (and all the other nails are smooth). Initially offered to redo my nails, then when I was hesitant I was told "we have people waiting..." and "why are you just standing their fighting?". I wasn't fighting. Really poor.

This is my to-go-nails-spot in town. I’ve been going there since last year July when I needed a fresh set for my wedding (see video) and I honestly cannot say anything bad. One time I had to wait a little longer which I didn’t mind at all because I got use the massaging chair while waiting. I am definitely obsessed with my most recent set of nails. The color is beautiful and looks natural! The staff is always nice and friendly. I also love their pedicures. Highly recommend!

This review is based on all 3 of my experiences there, which makes it worse that as a repeat customer my business is not appreciated. First off, I asked for a new acrylic set since I’ve already had 2 fill-ins. One of my chief complaints here is that these people always tell me what I need instead giving me what I ask for. First time I was here, I asked for a full acrylic set and a manicure, they told me my hands looked fine and I only needed the set. This time I ask for new set, they tell me I only need a fill in. Anywho- I just got a French fill in earlier today, and after my hands were thrown around like a rag doll for half an hour, I leave but don’t realize until after how poor of a job was done. See photos. White paint smudges, and he didn’t bring the white down to the full corner of my nails on all my left fingers. The guy didn’t even prop my hands up on a hand rest this time. I am hoping this bad service isn’t because I’m black and they’re always assuming I won’t tip (even though I have EVERY time), but it truly feels like it’s a racial thing because the pretty white woman next to me got treated like a goddess that blessed their shop with her presence. I’ve always supported Asian-owned businesses without bias, but I can’t seem to get that respect in return so now I am avoiding them. Anyway, for anyone who cares, be advised this place is pretty to look at but the service is truly terrible in my opinion.

My first time at Tina's was a great experience! I had a gel mani and gel pedi performed by Jason and Nikki. I showed Jason a design I had in mind and he was able to find the color to match it! The music they played was awesome and similar to my current reggae playlist, they were both friendly and talkative and did fantastic work! The arm and leg massage was my favorite part. I booked my next appointment in 3 weeks and I'm looking forward to coming back! Thanks Jason and Nikki!

Had dip removal and new dip applied by Henry. Nails needed a little extra TLC with the removal and he was very professional and thorough (was happy to tip him extra for it). Would recommend this place. They take Venm and Zelle for easy payment and tipping.

Salon is a nice environment, clean, good bright natural light, and lots of chairs. The staff was friendly and helpful, and did a great job with my gel pedicure. It was pretty busy (Friday afternoon) and we had to wait about 15 minutes even though I had made an appointment but our pedicures didn’t feel rushed at all, and they let me stay in my chair next to my friend while they finished her pedicure. I would definitely come back and recommend Tina’s Nail Salon to any friends.
