I wanted to give this place a fair review, so I came a few times before writing this. First, I'll say the staff is the best part of the business. Very friendly and nice. On the other hand, the food was forgettable. Tried the custard, flavored sodas, Hawaiian, and tacos. I think the best way to describe the food is "not bad", but also not great. The Hawaiian was very salty. The custard wasn't amazing. It actually tastes like banana even though I didn't order anything with banana (this was on two separate occasions). The tacos were just ok. I also found the food court concept here kind of confusing. You can apparently order from anywhere, but I only really saw staff in one location. So I wasn't sure if that was the preferred place to order or if the other places were closed? Maybe a sign as you walk in describing the process would help...I don't need to return, but if you haven't tried it, go for it. Others seem to love it.

I thought I would try coming here a few times before giving it a review and each time I have been thoroughly disappointed. If you're willing...I strongly recommend making the drive to Fontana for Freddy's Custard as it's better, you get more bang for your buck and it isn't served as a mess. For starters, their "mix-ins" shouldn't be called "mix-ins". They never mix them in, they're toppings. Secondly, I paid 8 bucks total even with extra "mix-ins" and the topping portion was minimal. If you don't really care about Custard all that much and thought of trying it, don't waste your time. Dairy Queen has a similar product for half of the price. If you're set on Custard, drive to Freddy's. I'll also mention that the layout of the place is very weird and almost feels uninviting. I personally wouldn't recommend Theron's.

This is Redlands' first food hall, according to Theron's Marketplace. It has six different mini-restaurants, interconnected, so you can order something from any of them by going to only one counter. The staff were nice and helpful. The ambiance was great, with unique wall decorations. The chairs were hard so you wouldn't linger. We lingered anyway, past the 8 p.m. closing time which they said was not a problem unless we tried to linger past 8:30 p.m. when it WOULD become a problem. We headed for the doors at 8:05 p.m. but since we had women in our group, it took another 10 minutes of fast talking and slow moving to cover the remaining 10 feet to the door.
Oh, yes, the frozen custard was awesome!

Great food market with variety of foods from great sandwiches, fresh salads, delicious tacos and other Mexican cuisine, good Hawaiian food too. All in a casual dining atmosphere. But their frozen custard is what always takes me back.

I didnt know that this place exist in Redlands. I believed there were 4 - 5 restaurants inside market place. I was confused at first when I ordered food. You can actually order on any open register.
The food were great. If you opted out for drink there is free water on the side.
The bathroom was cleaned.
Highly recommended

We came less than an hour before closing time, and it was pretty quiet. We ordered the beef Barbacoa garbage burrito and two tacos and flavored sodas. I got the butterscotch marshmallow root beer, and hubby got the orangesickle. There was only a hint of butterscotch in my soda and the orange kind of just tasted like an orange crush. The flavors would probably stand out more against just a plain soda water rather than an already strongly flavored soda. The burrito was packed but it was light on the guacamole and sour cream. I ordered a chocolate frozen custard which is called a concrete with marshmallow and cherries mixed in. They mixed up the cherries for strawberries and when I let him know they gave me extra cherries. We also got the Zack attack, which was really good. There's also a Hawaiian place in there and a sandwich shop I want to try. I would recommend it.

This was our second time here, and the custard is great. It has a very creamy texture with lots of items to mix in. The atmosphere is nice but the chairs are very uncomfortable. The staff was awesome and very friendly. We will totally be going back.
