Arrived at 5:40 to find all of the doors & gate locked. Guessing they closed at 5 or 5:30?

I asked an employee if the store was open, she shrugged and said the manager decided to close early. Looking at the other reviews, this appears to be quite the pattern.

I love thrifting and donating, big believer in passing on what you’re no longer using and reducing footprint but can’t recommend this store. Would recommend supporting other charity stores in the area.

Got scolded by extremely unprofessional employees. Went in 30-40 minutes before closing and a lady in NO UNIFORM told us another worker told her the store was closing. We doubted she worked there and went inside. 2 minutes later, another worker very aggressively told us we disrespected that coworker by not listening to her and going in anyways, mind you the door was WIDE open, no closed sign on the door, other shoppers were not being told to leave, and there was absolutely NO OTHER SIGN of it being closed. My group was extremely calm the entire time, we've worked retail, and sympathize with the fact that these workers probably wanted to go home early! Worst thrift store we've ever been in and feel extremely disrespected. Management, its not that hard. Learn what hours of operations mean, what yours are, and require your employees to wear uniform. We will be telling EVERYONE we know to avoid this place!!

Seems to be a pattern. I came in 25 min before closing and they told me they close in 10 min and that I had to be in line by 5:45 and after I checked out they were already closing the gate 15 minutes before the posted closing time. They probably should just update their hours in this app which claim they are open until 6. Also the store seemed pretty empty of stuff? This used to be my favorite place in town but maybe they are getting ready to shut it down.

Closed early and turned me away when all I wanted was a belt and they super rude about it too. I remember when they used to have good stuff at a reasonable price there and now the place literally smells like garbage.

I've been here before and thought this place was a good deal. But visiting today, I was pretty blown away with how ridiculously overpriced many things were. Example: there was a empty bottle of Mississippi mud beer for $10. Last time I looked you could buy the bottle with a beer in it at Trader Joe's for $3 or so.

We came 30 minutes before closing and the one of the workers (who was not in uniform)was immediately rude to my friends and I and told us to leave. There were no sign saying they were closed and the doors were wide open. We have all worked in retail and understand if the workers want to leave early. However, to get loud and unprofessional over people coming into the store is ridiculous. Shame on you.
