What a fun way to end the week! My girlfriend and I visited The Nail Hall for a signature pedicure, and the experience was absolutely amazing. From the moment we walked in, we were warmly greeted and made to feel right at home. Every detail was thoughtfully curated, and we loved every moment.

The nail color selection is stunning—so many beautiful options to choose from! An added bonus? We got to sip on a glass of bubbles and CBD kombucha while we relaxed. The ambiance was perfect, and the service was top-notch.

Parking was a breeze, too! I found a garage just a three-minute walk away at a reasonable price.

Highly recommend The Nail Hall for a luxurious and relaxing self-care treat! 💅✨

This place was Ok but I won't be back. I got the signature pedicure but the value just wasn't there for paying extra. Massage as subpar, no hot stones and attention to detail was lacking. After I left, noticed several gaps in the polish.

Wonderful modern environment, warm staff, and non toxic products. My gel manicures last at least 3 weeks here, they do not rush and make sure you get a very high quality mani. They have lots of nice colors and even some magnetic and color changing. I will only go to non toxic places from now on, not only for my own health but for the health of the kind people giving me a service, they don’t deserve to be exposed to chemicals day in and day out. Everyone is great here, June has been my go to in the past but they all do a lovely job.

A true gem of a salon. The space itself is so well-done, the design is soothing but unexpected, such a lovely environment that you can tell was thought out and executed with such intention. The services themselves were stellar, from start to finish — truly the best salon experience I have had in all my years.

I found this salon because I was looking for a place with non toxic nail polish. I was just getting a gel manicure so I sat at the bar. One of the things I like about getting a manicure or pedicure is sitting in comfy chairs (extra points if it’s a massage chair) so to sit on a bar stool for an hour while I did my nails was lackluster. I was offered a beverage and got excited when I heard kombucha was offered so I jumped on that. I am used to hair salons offering complimentary beverages. I didn’t realize I would be charged $8 for it so I felt a little jipped at the end when I paid. My total was $88 for a gel removal, gel manicure, and kombucha.
I got my nails done a little over 2 weeks ago and they still look good. They’re starting to peel up a little bit now. I did leave with 2 little cuts on my fingers but maybe my skin is sensitive.
Overall a good experience. Am I excited to go back? No. Would I go back? Yes.

There are many good aspects at the Nail Hall but these are not upheld consistently.
I have had some of the best pedicures of my life at the nail Hall but they can't seem to keep the same nail techs. In the 10+ times I have been a good third of the time I had a mediocre service.
I've had nail techs be very rough removing gel polish with the nail file filling my cuticles ALSO when they should be filling the nail.
I kept booking and going back because COVID has made keeping employees difficult. I thought just give them a chance. The last pedicure I had was a B+. I felt happy.
The owner pushed my friend and I to book our next service then rather than later. The owner remembered that my friend's partner had come in before. They pushed my friend to book for their partner too. She was telling me I should book for my partner as well then. I was not sure so the owner tells me I can call back and make an appointment for my own partner. We booked our pedicures six weeks ahead.
Getting close to the appointment date I tried calling a bunch but always a machine. I finally get a a hold of someone who tells me that they'll only have 3 nail techs in that Sunday. The next day they call my friend and cancel her and her partners appointment because now they'll only have two nail techs in. We booked six weeks in advance. We gave them our credit cards to hold the appointment.
In the time I've been going they've gone through three different receptionists. I never have the same nail tech and I'm expected to pay up premium prices for varying quality of service. If the nail hall was consistent I would remain their customer.

Great customer service and great nails. I drive from Oakland to come here because the East Bay is greatly lacking in non toxic nail salons. My gel manicure is going strong 2+ weeks later.

Also their pineapple CBD kombucha drink is my all time bevi

The jewelry pop up inside is a fun bonus. Bought a few new pieces while I was there.
