The staff here is very friendly and helpful. I got a pedicure with Tammy and she did an amazing job. She was very thorough and precise with the polish application, and my feet felt super soft after. I will definitely be coming back here again.

I got a manicure done today and the girl who did it seemed so unhappy to be doing my nails and rushed through it. The water was cold and she only massaged one hand very quickly and the polish looks terrible. It looks like she painted layers and didn't get my whole nail with each layer. I wanted to add photos and it won't let me for some reason but they are pretty bad!

Emily (front desk) was annoyed every time we had to interact, our interactions were very neutral so I was confused why she was bringing such rude energy. Apparently multiple people who have come here have had rude interactions with her. The front desk also lost my appointment and I ended up having to make a same day appointment after I realized I was not on the schedule. This appointment was important (for a wedding) so I’m positive the appointment was made properly.

However, Hannah was my nail tech and she was an absolute doll. My nails look amazing and I loved her, 5 out of 5 stars for her! ⭐️

My husband and I came here for our mani and pedis, the place was clean and well kept. Customer service at front counter was pleasant 🙂 Sandy, Kathy & Susan were very attentive to our requests and needs. KATHY thank you for a very nice massage, you didn’t hold back on going firm which I appreciate =D

A regular pedicure they call it a “signature” and it’s $32. I walked out or there with my toes looking like this.. I have no bumps on my toes but yet the polish is all bumpy and has lines. She did not clean off all the nail polish that she got on my feet. Don’t know her name but she was not gentle when working on my feet at all. Called back to see if I get them redone and they said the same technician needs to work “fixing the nails that need it”. Such a waste of money. Do not come here.

Horrible customer service
I called nail forum due to a broken nail!
The lady Jade or whatever her name was, she was extremely rude?

said they’re not allowed to fix a broken nail if they’re shop didn’t do the full set!
This was the location I received the full set from yet’ she still denied me service!

The way she delivered the message was so rude! She refused to let me speak with a manager!im disgusted with her customer service
