Made an appointment for a full set of acrylics. Was greeted and seated immediately. My technician was awesome and made sure she wasn't hurting me. I haven't gotten my nails done in years so I don't have much to compare it to. I would return to this location.

Ava he is incredible and a true artist. Her eye for detail and her sweet nature make her a pleasure to be with. I wish I had a before picture to show what a huge difference this salon makes compared to another salon I went to just a week before. I had no idea what I wanted and Ava showed me pictures and helped me pick the shape and colors. I am truly impressed and dare say they are perfect. I have never liked my nails so much and it was relaxing and fun getting them done. thanks Ava see you soon.

Had an appointment and was seated promptly, however, it was another 10 minutes or so before my manicure was started. Shop is nice and clean, but often overbooked. Nail technicians are diligent but will sometimes argue when you say your nails aren't the same length or aren't completely straight. Regardless, service is done right and shop is clean. Prices are mid-range.

I wish I could give 0 or negative stars. This was my first time here and I should have left the minute David, my nail tech, laughed at what I showed him a picture of what I wanted. I was on the phone and didn't pay mind to it and gave him the benefit of doubt. It was extremely rude and unprofessional. We ageeed on simpler design, red French tip. I'm not sure if it was his first time working with long nails but he didn't know how to measure them. That should have been another sign for me to get up and go. But unfortunately, i was still on the phone dealing with work and home improvements. They turned out extremely thick. . At the time I was out everything was closed. I manged to call another nail place to just file them down that was all the other nail salons tech could do. I've since made anappointment elsewhere to get them fixed with the original design I wanted.

Kelly was great…I went in to get hard gel and she took her time and did an amazing job!

I was there and sat next to the customer who posted the last review. Everyone is entitled to their opinions. But I felt compelled to write something since I was there. I felt bad for the technician.
When she came in, yes she was on her phone when the nail technician was trying to start her appointment and understand what she wanted. When she showed David the picture, he did not laugh at her. He said ok went over the design with her, and went to go retrieve what he would need for her appointment. Not to mention he has his mask on the entire time and she was on her phone. So to say he laughed is simply not true. David repeatedly stopped throughout the appointment to ask if she was happy with the length of her nails, the shape, and colors. He made sure she was satisfied with each step. When she asked for the red to be longer down the nail he accommodated her request. David did everything she asked. When David finished he asked her if she was happy she said yes. When David went to the register with her, that's when she complained. He kept trying to tell her that he was asking her throughout the appointment if she was satisfied. If she wanted something changed he did it. Now that she has to pay is when she decided she wasn't happy with the service. After some back and forth she finally paid and left. Sorry she is not happy with her nails but David did exactly what she asked for.

As for me. I absolutely love the service and everyone there is kind and do excellent work. I would 100% recommend The Nail Fix.
