It looks very clean and organized. I came in to ask abt pricing for a gel x set, and they were very upfront with prices. I think the lady who did my nails was named Hannah, and she was so sweet and did my nails perfectly. When I wanted a design, she even offered to use design stickers to lessen the total cost. This set cost $75 before tip, which is about avg in this area.

This beautiful salon is located in the Rodeo39 area. The decoration of this nail salon is absolutely beautiful and the people working there are friendly.
I've got the boss pedicure today for the first time and I liked it but am not 100% satisfied. The lady who did my pedicure was very nice but she needs to communicate more with the customer because she never asked how I feel when she wrapped my legs with a really hot towel and put my feet in the hot paraffin- wax.
It would be nice if you can ask the customer how they feel before you do it and my feet n legs are still red from the hot wax and burning from the hard scrub. The area near my cuticle wasn't painted evenly but still is highly acceptable. However, the massage made up for it. Or else I would feel very disappointed with every penny I spent today.

I randomly found this place on a google search embarrassing for me I had been to this shopping center multiple times any how this place by far surpassed my expectations it’s no typical nail salon I felt cared for and staff is very professional and friendly. My nails were perfect and prices are not crazy

This place would have got 5 stars if it wasn't for the service I got today. First Id like to start by saying the first time I went to thid place was 3/15/21 a day just before my birthday. I got their gel boss pedi and gel boss Mani along with 2 of my friends who got the same thing. It felt so amazing and we said we would come back for the grand opening April 3rd. It was so great we actually told another friend about it and went the weekend prior. They said the grand opening would no longer be on the 3rd but we could still have the VIP room and receive 30% off.
So here I am, my third time here and its just me and one friend this time. The first time it was only about 250 for all three of us to get boss manis and boss pedis with design. The second time 1girl got acrylic. 2 got eybrows. I got a mani and one facail and champagne and AMAZING SERVICE all under 250
Today i go in and they charge me $80 for my manicure and thats not even the menu price. I got charged $35 for my nails altho i literally got them done on Monday (6days ago) and they were ruined Tuesday. I wanted a color change because the design was not executed well in the first place. Then they also over charged my friend for waxing because it "took longer" but she tells me that they kept walkng in and out and even took a phonecall in the closet while she was in the session. She apparently started waxing one of her legs and didnt properly finish and the girl originally waxing her had to go back and redo the work.
She told me she couldnt give me 30% off bit she could give me $20 off of my eyelashes and $20 off of her waxing. We tried explaining that her math was wrong but she said the menu was wrong and should say 45+.
I paid about 380 today and im the only one that got my nails done and it took the 4hrs. And the person that had been telling me Tiffany and Eileen werent even there. I dont have a problem paying a hefty price if the quality and service is good but it was completely different today
I wouldn't mind it if the line on my right foot wasnt waayy thicker than the line on my left and there is no $80 pedicure on the menu.
In the end I was more happy we were done and I could go eat. It took way too long. And i feel i got swindled in the end.

The girl who did my nails was really sweet, but the manager was awful so rude . I even made an appointment and the manager was so rude and I never spoke to her . She must really dislike her job. So sad . It was the first time I went there and unfortunately it was my last . No one deserves to be so rudely for no reason . I have family that owned a business for over 30 plus years and they were never rude.

Beautiful nail spa! Right next to Rodeo39. Got a pedicure (I charge for feet pics so no picture of the pedicure) but heres a pic of my sister's nails! They did an awesome job, her nails came out to $55. They are upfront with the pricing, they have a menu you can look at.
