Stacy and her staff at The Mud Room are stellar. Stacy was very knowledgeable and spent quite a bit of time educating me about what products I should be using. Thoroughly enjoyed the facial and LOVED the care I received.

I was excited to try the Mud room for a massage after receiving a gift card. The massage was fine - but she took my 100 gift card and said it "covered it". There was no mention of what the normal rate was. When I asked, I found she was taking a 30% tip without asking or giving me any options. This was extremely rude and unprofessional. Can't speak the the quality of the other services, but if you're looking for a massage, don't come here.
