We retained Heidi and Mike in January to sell the house that had been our family home since the 1970s. Heidi was available to meet with us without delay and on our schedule. Once hired, and needing very little involvement from us, she immediately set into motion a number of key projects to prepare our home for listing (carpet, paint, roof repairs, cleaning, garden, virtual staging, brochures). Considerate of our own time and availability, she and Mike oversaw most or all of this work on their own, while always keeping us informed of its progress.
