The gel lab is my new happy place. Their customer service is unmatched. I broke my foot and they literally helped me get in out of the salon and moved my car for me. With my nails I never dreamed I could have had this much growth and happy nail beds but they mad it happen (this after 3 appointments with gel builder). But more than anything I love the community, the sisterhood, the laughs, and general vibes.
If you live in the Bay Area you are dumb if you go anywhere else.

I have been going to Gel Lab for a couple of months now and it’s been great! The atmosphere is fun, vibrant yet relaxing. Claire, the owner and the techs are really nice and always know exactly what I want. Gel-x is definitely a step above acrylic and has been helping my natural nails also grow out healthily. There’s a reason people keep coming back to this place 🙂

My nails after 4 weeks of growth. The owner was really nice and did a trial nail to make sure it really matched my inspo pic. The service was quick and clean, and they helped me fix my nails after a bad gel overlay job at another salon.

I had such a fun and luxurious experience here. The vibes and ambiance were perfect. If you're looking to get pampered, this is the place to go. The staff is super friendly - they offer snacks and drinks upon entering. Also, loved the aesthetics in this salon. Will definitely be back next time I'm in town.

First time here. Great service. I love that I could watch a movie while getting my manicure done. Beautifully decorated locale. I love the way my clear manicure looks. I love that they provide oil treatments as well.

My sister treated me to gel x nails and a pedicure at a new spa she discovered. They looked after you while you were there. I cherished the experience I got while there. They cater to you and truly get acquainted with you, making it a wonderfully relaxing and enjoyable experience. I like the care and knowledge they put into their craftsmanship, and it shows. Not to mention how well-designed and appealing the space was. When I'm in town, I'll undoubtedly return.

The service was good, but the aftermath was not. They are also more expensive than surrounding nail salons.
The initial service at the salon was great, however, the longevity of the gel nails turned out to be disappointing. It seems there might have been an issue with the batch of gel nail polish used by the technician, as it DID NOT EVEN LAST A WEEK. Fortunately, as I don't reside in this area permanently, I was able to return to my regular nail salon, where not only are they more budget-friendly, but their gel nails typically endure for at least two weeks or more.

I take my wife to go try this new salon in Foster City a couple of days ago and she mentioned it was not your typical nail salon. Diversity team, everyone very friendly. They have complimentary drinks and snack. Next time we will bring our daughter to try out their diva for kids
