My brother and I stopped by to grab some bottles of olive oil. I had tasted some oils from this shop at his home, so this stop at this shop was intentional. The lady who gave us the oil tasting was professional and knowledgeable, offering several flavoring combinations. This place has a friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff. As a retired chef, I’m always on the hunt for unique flavors of olive oil and vinegars.

While not inexpensive, their oils are still affordable, as their bottles are larger than most boutique olive oil purveyors. At the shop, you can find unique gifts, olive oils, and related foodstuffs. While I was there, I enjoyed their Pomegranate vinegar but couldn't buy it because of limited luggage space. I purchased, however, a bottle of their outstanding Fresh Blood Orange and Hickory Smoke olive oil, both of which are exceptional.

I love Temecula Olive Oil company’s olive oils and vinegars. They have a good selection and in normal times olive oil and vinegar tasting is a fun activity. This was my first time visiting this branch. The indoors and outdoors has a cool vibe. In addition to oil and vinegar, they have olives and olive oil bath and body products. The staff was knowledgeable and informative.

A warm, friendly welcome was given when entering the store. Staff explained the company values and pride in their process. A California family owned business. Olives are grown by the family & hand pressed and hand bottled. The company cares a lot about the quality and standards of their product. The friendly staff member offered tasting samples and body butter samples. We enjoyed the lavender hand oil & smelling the body butters. We plan to order products online and have shipped to our home.
Edited to add: Did some research and seems management and ownership can use some listening skills as pertains to employees. Really hoping they are reading those employee reviews and taking them to heart by making changes in the work environment. I would certainly feel more comfortable buying from them if they made changes.

We went to the Aguanga location to participate in an Art Walk but we were really looking forward to the oil tasting and all four of us would likely purchase what we liked. It all started out great, the gentleman greeted us, he was super nice and friendly. We walked the art part of the venue and returned for a tasting. The younger woman that helped us acted like we were an annoyance for wanting to taste the oils - AT THE TASTING BAR. We didn't want a full tasting, we only wanted to taste maybe 4 oils - so it really shouldn't take much time. She had quite a bit of attitude about it. We tasted what we wanted and bought 4 bottles and went to the next stop on the Art Walk.
On our way home, we noticed one of the bottles was leaking oil, I had left it tilted against the seat of the car, not laying flat. It was hot as hell that day (over 100 degrees).
We stopped at the Temecula location to swap out the leaking bottle - figured it was 1 bottle, quick stop, swap it out and go on our way.
For the second time of the day, we had a rude salesperson who basically told us it was our fault the cork popped on the bottle, then we got a lecture about not transporting their olive oil in the car. Be clear here - transporting it (not storing it). Then told me I had laid it flat in the car (which I told her it was leaning). Since my transportation was a car that day - it was far too hot for my horse and buggy :-), I was then unsure how to get it home. My friend convinced me to ride in the car, not walk 50 miles in 100+ degree weather. The employee was also irritated I didn't have a receipt - and that one was on them. I told the salesperson at the 1st location to throw it in the bag, which apparently she didn't.
Out of 4 bottles that were all snuggled in together, only 1 leaked. So whatever I did wrong only affected one bottle.
I really love to shop local when I can, knowing I will pay extra for doing it, I feel good about supporting local businesses. I have to say - I won't be back to this one.
Seems like their training is in how to be rude to paying customers. I will shop someplace else and you should also.

Great selection. Cold pressed and all natural. The only olive oils that I use in my house. Make great gifts too!

Horrible customer service. We ordered some olive oil from the farm and the person taking out order “forgot” to package it. 10 days later after three calls I was told that the order was shipped that morning. When questioned, I was informed that the order had fallen thru the cracks. In other words, had I not called I would have never received my order.
If purchasing from this palace be cautious about shipping.
