Great place for tires and service. Jeff (the owner) is an awesome guy and stands behind his work. He actually had the best price in town for my tires but it was the quick and friendly service that will bring me back. This is a family owned company and that is why I chose them to start with.

Do not sell your vehicle to this place! They bought mine over a year ago and sold it to more than one person without ever transferring the tag out of MY NAME!!! I have received ticket citations, storage and wrecker fees, etc...! I suppose I will be getting a tag renewal soon! Bunch of crooked people! Guess I will have to get the law involved...again. From what I can tell, it was sold to two people while still in my name. STAY AWAY !!!!

I came here a couple dozen times over the years. They use to be really decent. Now not so much. They cracked my rim from shoving it onto a tire machine that wasn’t for the type of rims I had. Cost me hundreds. Then to turn around I give them ANOTHER chance. My acquaintance owed them some money. Something I had nothing to do with at all had no idea about what they even said. I leave my four tires there from switching my rims and profile tires off to regular set. Asked if I could let them sit there just long enough to go pick up my truck. And then they turn around and tell me I can’t have my property back until this other guys pays them their money. Again this has nothing to do with me personally or my property. I ended up having to call the police. Very nasty people. I will never ever step foot on that property again. Honestly I’m not sure why the owner would treat a loyal customer like this in the first place. Especially seeing as how my mother is a very loyal customer and pays on time every single month. My acquaintance never intended on not paying them. But for the sheer fact they caused ME personally so much trouble on someone else’s behalf and deal they made totally makes me question the integrity of the son and the father of this business. I wouldn’t give this place one star if possible. I would never conduct business like this. Just a little token of advice…The customer is always right. Even if you think they are wrong. They are always right. Your customer is going to spread the word of mouth. And when you treat loyal long time customers like trash off the street you really never know who those people
Know. And if you keep conducting business in that manner you will continue to lose loyal customers. I use to always refer people to this place. Now I honestly tell them you got a better shot at swinging by the aminos in Phenix City.

Had a very bad experience at another tire place on hwy 80 next to McDonalds. I stopped into Tell-U-Tire to fix and balance my tires which the other shop had failed to do. They gave me great customer service, made sure they were safe to drive on, and fixed my tires very quickly! I will be returning in the future.

I purchased a set of tires from this business and also wanted them to put them on for for me. The car i have also has rims and asked the owner do they have the machine to take the tires off without messing up the rims. He assured me he did. I come there for my appointment at 9 30 am and it takes three hours to take four tires off and replace them, and the gentleman absolutely desteoyed not only the rims beyond repair but also the tires. I called the manager to let him know and honestly he could have cared less and the "so called sign" about rims and tires is backwards and no where to been seen by a customer who stands in the front, it was by his desk in the back. I will be taking this to small claims court. Please do not come to this business, save tour money and go elsewhere
