Went through on 10.31.24. The brush roller grabbed my roof rack, ripped it off (it was bolted on) and then sent it slamming into my windshield and my hood. Over 5k worth of damage. I was told by the on site manager it would be taken care of. Then I got a text message (not a courteous call) telling me they would do nothing to help with damages. I had a membership to this wash and have been there many times without issue. Not sure what was different this time. They did not even refund my money for the wash. I will never go back and would not recommend this place. They do not care about customers.

Update: I called the number they sent in their response and they just sent me to the website to fill out yet another form they won't respond to. Worst customer service!!!

Most times when I come, Isaiah is working. He has a great personality and very helpful with any questions I may have. He always greets me with a big smile and asks how my day is going! He is a great employee! Have not had any issues with the car wash itself. Just wish they had a way to wash my rubber mats! Other than that all good!!

They could do a better job by at least putting a brush against the front and back of your SUV’s to help get some of the bugs and tar off. Mine has detailed design on it and they have only brushed it once in all the years since I’ve owned this vehicle. That’s been since 2017. And the vacuums at the on in Centre don’t always work right. You have to pull around until you find one that works. The machines that say they sell air fresheners and car wipes and other things like that, they haven’t worked in years! So there’s a lot of stuff that could use some attention up there. Maybe someone will take a minute of their time and give these things a look and just see if they could work it out so maybe they will work like they’re supposed to. It would make a much better place to go wash and vacuum out your car. I know it would for me and several other people that I know. Because I know several people that have stopped going to that car wash because of some of the things I listed. And that’s just bad business for whom ever is the owner. If it was me I would want all the business that I could get and as many happy customers as I could make also. That’s what it’s all about!! Not to just let people get half of what they pay for every time they come by.

I love my membership at Take 5. Finally, my car looks brand new all the time, because l can take it for a wash as often as I’d like, sometimes 3 times a week, depending on weather. It’s a great use of your dollar. It keeps your car immaculate while saving you money. It’s a great deal!

I bought the $22.00 monthly pass and was very upset because I went through twice and my SUV was still dirty. The back looked like it wasn't even touched. I said something to the attendant and she barely sprayed the front and back and acted like it was no big deal that the car was still clearly dirty after the second time. I won't be renewing my pass! The only person that was nice was the young man that sold me the pass

Not always a great wash but for the price I definitely won’t complain. Also, Isaiah is phenomenal. He is always so kind and friendly!

They don't brush anything !! My grill still has bugs on it after the wash when the grill when they brushed it cleaned off the bugs. I have to clean them off myself. Also, i have to clean my tail gate .My tail gate is never clean. I pay $42 per month for 2 cars per month, and I don't get anything brushed. All other Take 5 that i go to the use brushes. I always have soap left on my truck. ( BRUSHES ARE NOT USED AT ALL )
