ANDY SLAYYEEDDDDD this set ! They look good in the photos and even better in person! This was my first time at the salon, walked in and they took me right away. Andy was so patient and kind. He really took his time with it and I appreciate him so much!

It's only been a week since I have gotten my nails done and two of my real nails have chipped and the matte polish is non-existent. I just called to see if they could fix them and they hung up in my face! Definitely a 0 out of 10!

I came in to get my nails done yesterday and was treated horribly by the woman that started my nails. The woman that sits at table #8 started my nails and did subpar work and was rude. Anytime I advised her of something I didn’t like she argued with me and was rough. I asked for white french tip nails and when I asked her to make the white part thinner she got angry and asked why didn’t I tell her before, when she had only did one hand and the white hadn’t even been dried yet. After angrily asking me why I hadn’t told her beforehand instead of fixing it she got up and complained about me to the guy who sat next to her who then finished my nails for me while she sat in a pedicure chair on her phone. So nasty so rude. Do not give her your money. She is a very rude and mean spirited person who doesn’t need to work directly with customers

Terrible customer service and terrible work .I've only had my nails for two days and they already look like I need a fill in and the paint is peeling. Wouldn't recommend ever and I spent $185 on my nails and toes to not even be satisfied.

Very disappointed with my nails this time. I was taking a break from gel and got regular polish. Not only was it a sloppy job, but the nail tech cut my finger. I am surprised because I have never had a bad experience here until yesterday. He had to "fix" the smudges twice. My kindergarten students could have done a better job.

Only plus is that I was serviced quickly, but the service was the worst I’ve ever received. The nail tech Kayla seemed to be in a hurry and paid no detail in doing my nails. In the first pic you can see where my previous nail color which was yellow is still on my nails! Of all the years of me getting SNS dip polish this was the first time there was no base applied before the color. New to the area but this nail salon this one is definitely a no for me.

I went to Kayla.. she absolutely ate down everyone here seems to do good tho.. I don’t leave reviews but since the reviews had me doubting.. listen take my advice and walk in.. the best

This nail salon is absolutely wonderful! First, it is so nice and clean. Next, I was a walk-in around noon on the Friday before Christmas and I didn't have to wait even 10 minutes before I was taken back. Laura did my eyebrows and pedicure and she was so polite and did such a great job. Then Tim did my full set, I had an ombre full set and was so satisfied with the outcome. I will definitely be back, they have found a new, loyal and grateful client.
