I have been going to T and T nails for a while now and I’m never disappointed. I get so many compliments on the designs that they do. I have a great experience every time and I think their prices are very reasonable. I usually don’t have to wait unless I go during their busiest time which is typically mid day on Saturday but even then they work hard to get to every client in a timely manner. The staff is always so friendly and helpful so I get exactly what I’m looking for.

I come here often and love the services and the people. However i went today and received nails that were sloppy and rushed. I have no problem whatsoever with the people. I am very quiet and not confrontational. i left with the nails and went home to really look at them with my glasses. I decided to go back up there to see if they could just take the design off and give me a plain color. whatever was more convenient for them. I was met with a passive aggressive attitude. I even tipped the lady who did my nails because she was kind and i know she tried her best. After sitting down to get them fixed, the man was still talking about how it’s such a inconvenience and i should’ve said something before. so I stood up and decided to just leave. i would rather walk around with these nails then sit and let someone fix them while they talk about me. not worth the time. really wished it didn’t turn out this way. i was already embarrassed to ask to have it changed and for you to still talk about it while im sitting there was unprofessional.

12/24/23 update got in at 1pm and got royal treatment...took great care of my feet and my hands and my achy neck and back with wonderful massage chairs love them! And gave me a present ? ? ✨️

They are the kindest and sweetest people! I love going to them. They make me feel welcome and relaxed. I highly recommend getting your nails done here! They are not like the old owners! This is a new family and they are incredible!

Do not go to this salon. The whole staff is rude and unprofessiona. I was over charged $55 then when I went in to show them what was going on with my nails the owner acted like she didn't care that my nails had not been on for a good two weeks yet are already popping off. Then when the tech put my nails on she did the design wop sided. I was charged $45 for a $30 pedicure.. . It's just amazing how unprofessional these ppl are. I see why the daughter has problems now, they don't do right by their customers.. .

Absolutely loved this place. I set out to have a girls day with my 3 teen girls and dementia-addled mother-in-law.

My girls and I got spa pedicures and manicures. Even though my mother-in-law was rude and refused all services in one of her dementia fits, the staff was so caring, genuine, and compassionate in the face of her poor behavior, I was blown away.

They didn't let it deter them from trying to help her (she needs a manicure so badly it's almost a medical issue at this point), but they also didn't allow it to interfere with giving the rest of us a great experience.

I'm hosting a flamingo-themed event, so the nails I asked for came from a photo online and required hand-painted art. The tech did an amazing job. When/if she didn't get it right, she'd erase and rework until it looked just like the photo, only hers ended up better because she added pink accents in the black and white stripes I'd asked for.

This is THE first nail spa that didn't make me feel like an inconvenience, trash talk us in another language, get rough with my hands or feet, make any of my nails bleed with the little sander thing. I'm sold on making this the place I'll return to. They care for their customers. Good service is alive and well in this place.

Visiting from out of state. Haven’t seen my daughter in months. I wanted to be by her side every moment as much as possible. Especially since she is carrying our 1st grand baby. I wanted to pamper her to a pedi/ mani, mother daughter talking, etc. Plus I was worried about her feet, being a nurse I was concern about her swelling and wanting to make sure her swelling went down with the massage with pedicure. So I needed to be by her side, ( mama bear - does it ever really go away )

I also decided to get my nails dipped to another color when she moved to get her nails done. However they wanted to separate us, said they could not soak my nails by her, even though there was a table and space to do it. They just didn’t want to accommodate. I even suggest we could wait a bit, but that was met with resistance. So I said forget it, in frustration, I will wait until I get back to Texas. No biggie.

They said I can sit next to her, at a distance. Ok, no problem.
As the Lady who preforming the pedicure observed, my daughter’s legs and feet were swollen, massaging will help drain some of the fluid. So she offered more time, UP SALE on services available and offered to move my chair close so my daughter and I, meant a lot. She was cheerful, kind and helpful.

Moving onto Mani - the lady was stretching my daughter’s arms, pulling hard. She’s mega tiny, with a big baby bump, no need for all that. The manicurist sat in the front, normally when in a nail shop the front seat is suppose to be the best manicurist. She had negative energy, got mad when we complained about how we wanted the nails to look. She was doing the bare minimum. The nails looked bad. If I am paying, it’s going to look how I want them to look. Period!

As a business you need customers, you need positive reviews. You need up sales, you need returning customers.

Your business was DEAD!!!!! You can say it was because of the game. No it was not!! Other places were busy, why not yours? Why do you have 3.7 stars?

Your attitude, your abuse to customers physically and verbally is why. You try to do it passive aggressive and we know. And you don’t know who comes in and who speaks your language. RUDE!!

The health inspector NEEDS comes by: y’all don’t clean your basins or use liners, you can tell you don’t clean the place. And if you do, it’s still NOT clean. It looks very dirty and needs a DEEP CLEANING!!! NO DOUBT YOU ARE MAKING PEOPLE SICK. No mask will help you or keep you from being dirty! If this is how your business looks, I can only cringe at the thought of what your house looks like inside. GROSS!

My entire “deluxe” pedicure took 22 minutes. I’m highly upset. My mom also did not ask for gel polish but they put it on anyways. My mom’s pinky toe is also unfinished painting. I paid $95 for both pedicure to be 22 minutes because they got busy. This is not how you run a business at all and I would have loved to leave a good review for good service but this is not the job that was done.$55 22 minute pedicure.
