I went for my consultation on November 24th, 2014 for my Breast Augmentation, Dr. Beck and I discussed with me what sizes and outcomes I desired with my breast augmentation. He took the time to listen to my desires and give me realistic outcomes and helped me choose a size and style implant that was right for my goals and body type. Dr. Beck is an amazing doctor who takes the time to listen and give you a realistic and happy result for your desired procedure. It has been a week since my surgery, and I have absolutely no pain, the slight bruising i had from surgery (common) is almost gone, the incision line under the breast crease is almost entirely sealed up and almost invisible. Overall i think the operation was a success and i am loving the results so far!

I have had multiple surgeries with Dr. Beck, his caring approach and professionalism has always been outstanding! In 2010 he did a brow lift, cheek implants, and breast augmentation on me; I returned in 2012 and he did a tummy tuck on me. I will be returning again in February of 2013 for a bit of smartlipo to a problem area.

Every visit I make to the office has been wonderful, all consultations and appointments are kept on time. ALL of the office staff are always so sweet; I consider them all good friends everytime I visit to SF. Jasmine does a wonderful job covering all the necessary things prior to all the procedures.

Dr. Beck has always covered each procedure with me prior while urging me to not change things that shouldn't be changed. He has treated all my post-op visits with only my happiness and well being in mind. He is a very talented surgeon and I consider him the best in the area if not the west coast. Br. My son Wesley went to Dr. Beck for the first step of many in his transgender surgeries. Dr. Beck was very thorough and explained everything that was going to happen during Wesley's top surgery and lyppo sculpting to get a more masculine body shape.
What to expect after surgery and what could go wrong. His staff was as amazing as he was! They are all very comforting and answer any and all questions I can't believe how great the scars look and how well they are healing. The way he has sutured them there will be very little scar to notice when all is healed.
I'm actually thinking of going to Dr.Beck for lyppo sculpting on my inner thighs, hips, flanks and arms. A BIG THANK YOU , To Dr. Beck and his staff !!!!

My experience with Dr. Beck was very unique. I’m the type of person where I have to feel a connection or just something in order for me to proceed with anything I do. With Dr. Beck all I can say is I felt “IT”. I was going for a top surgery consultation and to be quite honest I was nervous. Being in the LGBT community you find doctors to be assholes and just flat out rude and you feel just almost like you aren’t human. So I was really nervous on how he was going to approach my situation. Once I walked through the doors the ladies up front were more than welcoming. They make you feel normal and welcomed, which for me was a huge factor because I’m not open about being trans. So I went back and put on the blue vest and yes it’s weird having a doctor look and touch your chest, BUT the way he made me feel was very comfortable and normal. The biggest thing for me was he listened. I can’t stress that enough. I went to see 2 other doctors besides Beck and I knew once I met with him that he was that one. He had comparison pictures of someone who was the same age as me and the same fair skin. He explains everything so thoroughly that you feel like you know exactly what’s going to happen. For me, like most trans men, we want to have the keyhole surgery. As you know it’s rare and most people have to have double incision. I expressed how I felt about that to him and he listened. He understood how I felt about the scars and how I really didn’t want my incision to connect. So he did exactly that and that right there is everything you could ask for in a doctor. He looks like a hard ass don’t get me wrong, but he’s really caring, understanding, passionate, and believe it or not very loving. I highly recommend Dr. Beck over anyone in this area. He doesn’t take the easy way out like most doctors, Dr. Mossor, and makes you feel normal. I absolutely love Dr. Beck and I’m not too fond of people haha so trust me he is the right guy for the LGBT community.
