My gel mani/pedi looks the best and lasts the longest of anywhere I’ve ever been. Great place. Nina, Suzie and Van have all done a wonderful job on my nails.

Enjoyed the service was quick and easy. The location was odd because I’m new to Sausalito, but loved it nonetheless. Some of the best dip I have gotten so far. Hoping for a different shape next time when my nails are longer. The parking lot will be behind the building super easy to miss, but public parking next to the 7/11.

It was my my first time at this place, and I had a great experience. My nail technician was professional, highly skilled and very nice. I have been busy lately, and neglected my nails for a while, and she was able to fix a couple of broken ones, and made me feel great about it. I had gel nails with some fixing and regular pedicure. Pedicure was gentle and thorough, too. It was clear that she knew what she was doing. The place was welcoming, clean and bright.

Best mani/pedi I’ve had in Sausalito/ Mill Valley area!

Went with a friend for mani pedi and foot and shoulder massage.

Likes:
- got a same day reservation, appreciated that suzie's could fit us in
- massage chairs were great while having the pedi
- van did a good job with 30 min foot and neck massage
- overall polish was OK, I got regular polish and it lasted a week
- suzie was friendly and gave some tips on restaurants and transport back to SF
- place was clean and they were disinfecting everything
- nail shape was good
- wide selection of colours
- location was very easy to find
- van helped me with socks and shoes and had a good trick to keep my pedi safe on the way home

not so great:
- cuticle clean up Was rough, stabbing with the cuticle pusher and not doing a good job overall
- I paid extra for callus removal, wasn't worth it at all
- buffing my nails with coarse file, absolutely not necessary and damaging
- polish application wasn't great, and nail coverage wasn't even. I got a French tip and it was also uneven
- top coat had air bubbles that can be seen on the dried nail
- bathroom didn't smell good, and can be smelled as soon as you enter

Overall it was OK, and we walked out feeling pampered. They were generally friendly and I would like to rate higher, except for the lackluster mani pedi which is the core service I was hoping would be great

I absolutely love my eyelash extensions done by Suzie! I was tired of spending so much time drawing my eyeliner and putting falsies every morning , so I decided to give lash extensions a try! Best decision I ever made! I love the dramatic look so I went for Volume 5D! Suzie was able to transform my small, thin Asian lashes into these beautiful long, thick lashes! Definitely will be a regular client from now on! (:
