The staff are very friendly and professional. Walk-ins are accepted if their schedule permits. Appointments are recommended, but some same day appointmentsus are occasionally available.
The front of the house is very clean and inviting. They have 12 chairs for pedicures.
Prices are very reasonable and the service thorough.
We got the deluxe service, I love the hot wax and hot stones. Cathy and Linda took great care of us.
We will be back next month.

I had been happy going here for 3-4 months until today when I got my nail polish removed it exposed I have 2 nails with fungus. I don’t think they clean files between customers. I had to have my nails soaked off and now need medication to get rid of fungus.

I came in to Surprise Nails & Spa after seeing pictures of the line work of the nails that people have had done (online). I was looking for a little mermaid theme for my 3 year old’s birthday party. The results were perfect and didn’t not disappoint in the slightest. I don’t remember the name of the lady who did them, but she was answering phone calls and acknowledging everyone that walked in without pausing on the work she was doing on my nails. It was a little pricey, but they have my trust and I am very satisfied.

Also love the Deluxe pedicure package. Linda is the best with pedicures. Been going back for 7 years now!

My daughter uses this salon frequently. We both had mani-petti's. Gel toes and dip fingernails. It was my first time for dip. They look perfect. Exact color I expected. Well see how they last.

Absolute trash.
Before the service started, I asked the lady in the chair to do a manicure and a full set, and she said the manicure comes last. (Wth).( you can see why I ask for the manicure, because my hands we’re not in the best condition ) I asked the lady to fix my crooked nails twice and she said OK. She added acrylic and pretended to do something different to it and it still look the same. She still asked me if it looked OK. I told her no, and she pretended to do something else, and then asked me again and which I said OK whatever.

Also, when it came time to the manicure she pretended to take the cuticle off. She was scrapping off the acrylic nail. I don’t know if she thought I wouldn’t notice, but I was pretending to watch the TV the whole time. I could feel everything. Everything and I know she did not take any of the cuticle off. Also, I have nail polish on my right index finger.

I wanted to see if she could genuinely not tell if my nails were crooked so I purposely messed up my nail color and which I have a chip or bubble now on my middle finger. I understand that some people might say that my nails are OK but in person and to me they look horrible.

When we were done, I paid $60 and I wanted to talk to the owner. I showed the owner a different picture of some thing that I might want to get done in the future as an excuse to talk to her privately about the service.I showed her my nails in which I told her that I asked the lady to fix the crooked nails and she said that my fingers are crooked. I said look at them and they showed her how they were all different angles. I never asked a California tip. I just said a full set of manicure with an almond shape and a simple color. She said that they didn’t look that bad!!!!!!!!!!! Lol I couldn’t believe she said that? I left right after that comment to not cause a scene. Yall i know my hands are crooked, its one thing to have the nail all messed up and lifted and another to have crooked fingers because of something i cant control? im pressing my hands on the table at home and my nails are touching the ceiling.
I was so unhappy with my nails.

Just left the nail salon and had a great experience! Kathy is amazing!! Thank you so much! She did exactly what I wanted. She l was very precise and obviously cares for what she does.
