this place is actual garbage xx!💋 i sat there for 2 hours for my nails to look horrible. i asked them for gems also and they charged me for the gems and never put them on so i was charged for a service i didn’t receive. your better off going to a different establishment. this is what i asked for and what i got.

Poor removal of previous gel set so manicure doesn't look great. Used file tool and acetone soak but thumbnail had visible debris and bumps after removal.
Otherwise very fast, clean, and professional.

Update: drove 5 minutes home and thumbnail immediately shows lifting of polish and blemish.

Update update: I returned to the shop and they fixed the worst nails free of charge.

I was recommended to this place by a co-worker and I was very pleasantly surprised! The staff was friendly and accommodating. I brought my 6 year old daughter which a lot of places are hesitant about but the lady there was so kind and took care of my daughter. She got a mani pedi and I got a pedi and gel manicure. Really happy with how it all turned out. Would definitely recommend!

Super disappointing. I get a gift Certificate held on to it for a couple years, And became somewhat tattered, but all pieces were still there. And it had actually ripped in half. And they refused to honor it because it was ripped. So this place kept $60 of my money for no services. The lady was extremely short, And seemed irritated that I was trying to cash in a gift certificate that was two years old. Either way, I did not feel a goodbye from that place whatsoever, So there was no way I was gonna stay and pay them more money for services. I probably wouldn't have been happy with. But overall, their customer service is really, really bad. And in a place like that, that's what brings in your customers. Bad choices were made.

Me and my mom came twice to try and get a pedicure and the lady upfront was rude and said she had no time for us. This was 2 hours before they closed. The worse thing is she’s not even nice about it.

Tom did an amazing job on my nails. They are what I had in mind and I just loved the service this will forever be my nail salon. Great customer service and gentle with your nails. I can only imagine how gentle they must be with your feet. 10/10 recommend

I drove all the way from Wasco. Rude workers. I kindly asked about getting nails done after my pedicure and was told rudely "No I can't I have appointments only. " Never did she offer me an appointment or another staff to do my nails. I felt shut down. When paying I said thank you to the man who rung me up and did my pedi and he didn't say anything back to me. Just rude. Always speaking in their language and looking around and laughing. makes you feel they are talking about you. Never going back again!!!

I went in for a fill, the man on chair 6 helped me and let me say he was extremely rude idk what his problem was. I liked his work but I would definitely never go back to him.
He should really work on his people skills, that being the reason why I didn't tip him and I know it made him mad but oh well. First time ever I dont tip someone I seriously didn't feel like he deserved a tip I obviously paid for your services I think the tip is just extra and you earn it based on how well you treat your customer.
