Went here at 4:15, the place closes at 5. They couldn’t get me in for a 5 minute nail removal because they had errands to run. There were plenty staff all around to help, very disappointed and would not recommend this place

I have gone here three times, the price, and will never go back. It is dirty. I asked for the chair and tray to be wiped off. They used no liquids to do this. Just a rag. I get home and realized she never clipped the skin from the edges of my toes. The worse thing is the toenail clippings around the place and they are not doing deep cleaning. Cleaned their tools in the water that had my feet in it. Okay for Me but what about the next person that uses the tools they used on me. I am sure they did this to the person before me. Yuck. I don't want to get an infection. I should have never gone back after the first time. It is cheaper than the other places, but not worth risking an infection. She didn't even remove all of my polished. She used a grinder to get it off.

This salon was cute inside and the man who did my nails worked quicker than other salons and did a really good job! The employees were very nice and it was a nice atmosphere. I got a full gel set. I also noticed the price was unbeatable at $40, which is $10-$15 cheaper than other salons around. I live in Los Angeles so I love a good deal on nails, I will be returning!

Excellent experienced result! Tran says he has worked there 15 years he very much knows what he is doing. Be prepared to still wear a mask, this made getting my lip waxed somewhat difficult.

Excellent experience. I had three services. A gel manicure, a pedicure and brows waxed. I was in and out of there in less than two hours with perfect nails and brows.
I made a return appointment.

My visit to Sun City West Nails was probably the worst manicure I've ever had. Deanna either couldn't or wouldn't speak English so communicating was out of the question. The fan or heater next to us on the table was so covered with dust on the coils inside that I doubt it would pass a health inspection just by being on the table where we were. Partway through the manicure she took a phone call while still working on the nails. The heater for the nails on the table she didn't tell me when she wanted me to put my hand in there just pointed and it was at an awkward position for my hand which she didn't bother to correct. When done, the white for the French manicure was so wide that it made my fingernails look small and stubby and several fingernails are wavy/crooked from not being filed right. Rude and incompetent. Enough is enough! Yet when I left all the staff were all smiles saying come back. Never will I return to that salon again.
