I usually attend this nail salon occasionally and a good amount of the time my nails would stay on. But this time I got my nails done Friday March 17th and my first two nails fell off the 18th, Sunday. I even paid extra for the design and it was an absolute rip off that they came off not even a week later. Todays the 21st and I have 7 nails left because the rest just came off. If you want very temporary nails this is the place.

I’m amazed with the flexibility of the stuff: I went last minute and the sweetest nail designer made my after burning man festival to the pretty and neat toes. Great service and various services salon. Big pilot palette, great location, affordable price. Basic pedicure 28$ / 20min! She even fixed two fingers nails for free. Will definitely come again when in San Jose!

I finally found someone who pays attention to detail and can do beautiful designs. I normally get Pink and white with gold foil design or a design I find on Pinterest. It’s hard for me to get time off from work and She does such a great job so I don’t have to come back for sometimes 4-5wks.

She booked out which means she’s amazing. I’ve shown her multiple designs and she always nails the design (you like what I did there?). She also does my eyebrows! Highly recommend Mae for nails.
Still trying to find the perfect pedicure tech… I’ll update the review when I find one.

DO NOT COME HERE. Came in today and NEVER coming back. I am shocked at the service I received, a girl was giving me a pedicure and she was actively chopping THICK pieces of my skin off not even close to or near the cuticle by the fifth toe I asked her politely not to take so much skin off especially as it was hurting but she continued to try to do the same thing then I had to ask someone else to help me.I was in disbelief I should have stopped her after the first toe was injured. I was crying and shaking for half an hour in the store before I was even offered a water. I still paid for my full service and left a tip to the second girl Amy who took over . Amy was very nice and Ive seen her several times in the past. I never requested not to pay because it is not about the money but I should have at least received an apology. Cutting pieces of my skin off on all four of my toes can cause permanent discoloration. My toes currently burn and have pain and I’m sure they will all be purple with scabs tomorrow . Not once did anyone even apologize to me. I never yelled or complained. Posting this to WARN people so they don’t have the same fate.

Update i have been limping on my leg for the past two days since my visit. my right foot that she cut up stings and burns and has a lot of skin missing from it.
