Great place! Concert at the Beach with Daze of Blue. Daze of Blue played here this year in 2018, 2019 & 2021. What a fun place for a concert.

It is a park so it does have courts around it but is very lovely place, you do need your SVL card to get in

So I’ve lived here since I was 15 I’m in my 40s now!! I absolutely love Spring Valley Lake but it is very pricey to live in their area and Fourth of July or Halloween good luck driving in and out. You have to have a pass to get in for the fireworks and you have to have a pass for the lake unless you live in the area which is convenient if you do. But not everyone wants to live in an area with association fees and rules part of the beauty of living in the desert is having an acre to yourself. Just depends on what you’re looking for but I absolutely love boating fishing and playing on this lake for years.

We. have a problem we have brought to the attention of the association twice now with no results.
The fence on the north side of the property belongs to the people next door. It was put up long before. our home was built. There are 5 sections (40 feet) of the fence that is falling into our yard We offered to pay half of a new fence. Nothing is being done to correct the problem. My husband has a lot of junk out there and that's what is keeping the fence from falling flat on the ground in our yard and blocking the walkway on that side of our house.
We get written up for a few weeds or a little tree stump but they don't seem to worry about a fence falling and possibly hurting us.

Spring Valley Lake Public Safety is awesome, I know all of them personally and everyone one them love their job and don't get the respect from some of the residents they deserve. I know on several occasions, our public safety officers have responded to emergencies within our community even before police, fire or medical services arrived, and in some cases have saved people lives. Spring Valley Lake has the lowest crime stats in the High Desert and with camera surveillance at every corner, do your think criminals want to be on camera, I feel very safe living here knowing that public safety is just around the corner.

Young security guards with no water experience treat residents and property owners like we are idiots, completely unreasonable, we pay your salaries so a little respect would be nice, reasonability goes a long way! I think that security guards on the water are very inexperienced and often cause unnecessary problems with the residents of Spring Valley lake! Not to mention when they do pull you over for something so unreasonable they approach you so dangerously that creates more of a danger than most of the residents on the water! As I was almost ran over by the security boat itself two days in a row over memorial day weekend it was ridiculous! And most of all when you treat us like criminals before we even lunch is an insult and I believe most of you guards need to be replaced!

HOA fees are not something I was looking forward to paying when we moved into Spring Valley Lake but being able to take my kids to beach in 5 or so minutes driving or 12 riding bikes makes it all worth while. This little beach area is clean and always has friendly staff on the grounds.

I wish I could give zero stars. The association pays no mind to it’s members property! A couple months back my friends long board was stolen and they said they couldn’t access the camera footage the same night because the mouse to the cameras were broken. We came back every day, week, and month. But it was always broken. Or they would say, it is working, then go to use it, I’m sorry it isn’t now. Finally, it’s been many months, and still, no board. A week ago we wrote a new report. And now, today. The lady checked and said, “we finally fixed it, but unfortunately we can’t look that far back to look at the footage.” So basically the board my friend mother painted and she painstakingly fixed and customized over time with her father, is gone because they couldn’t fix a mouse.
