I was a loyal client for many years but finally realized they did not value me as a client or my time.
I always booked my appointments to secure my time slot. Edmund & Amanda always prioritized walk-ins & would move my appointments or leave me there hanging way past my scheduled time.
The work is subpar - I continued going here out of convenience and I wanted to support this business.
After being ignored, not valued & recently a badly done pedicure - I’ve decided to never return. My nail polish is already raised & peeling off 2 days after….
Forget trying to tell Edmund if you had a bad experience, he will tell you how he reviewed CCTV footage & use it as a way to blame you. Honestly hysterical & completely creepy.
After reading other reviews, all the negative are completely true.
Much better service elsewhere in the area.

Been here a handful of times. The place + equipment is spotless and the ambience is relaxing. Pedicures are excellent. Staff is friendly and welcoming. Prices are fair.

However, manicures leave something to be desired. Got a French manicure a few weeks ago with uneven lines, flecks of white polish on the pink part of the nail, and rushed application of topcoat which led to chipping the day after. Even though I opted for regular polish over gel, usually I can enjoy a minimal chip manicure for a week or so after! Note: I don't like to use the UV fans but I stuck around for 30-45 minutes to let the manicure dry.

I chalked it up to an off day and gave Spa de Rejuvenation's French manicure another chance yesterday. Application was beautiful + no issues with chipping this time, but my cuticles were mangled. One of my fingers bled and others have been picked apart. I have never left a manicure in pain before!

Great salon, rude owner. It’s best nail salon on Main Street, SM. It’s clean and has a calming environment. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars and taking the time to review is because of the way the owner speaks to customers. I think he’s trying to be professional but it comes off very bossy and rude. I’m hoping this along with the other reviews can help improve his customers service skills because everything else is great.

Just walked in and got a basic mani/pedi with no polish or anything (took 30 min), and my experience was great. Excellent hospitality, extremely clean, very tranquil ambience, friendly staff, comfy massage chairs, competent service. Would definitely come back.

I chose this business because of it’s great reviews. I took a chance and ended up being very upset. I came in for a soak off and was not very happy with the results. I complained to the front desk person and they worked on my nails again. After soaking my hands in an acetone bath I got another job on my nails. They were still not able to remove all the glue. When I was talking to them wondering why they could finish my nails as they looked like before ( I was used to use a buffer and make them shine) they didn’t care. They were just saying I need to pay for an additional manicure which was according to the person who did my nails around $58. I was almost leaving the store and Ed was standing in front of the door keeping me from going outside. My nails are not shaped or even to be close to natural and they still charged me $20. Never again!!!!

I’ve been coming here for my pedicures and they really take your time with you which is awesome. Salon is very clean and the massage chairs are great too!

Owner / manager could not be less professional. We made and confirmed two appointments. They were 20 and 60 minutes late.

On top that, the manager acted as if I was unreasonable for us to want to know an actual timeline for when they would
Start. He then gave wait times that were not accurate multiple times. Clearly lying.

Clearly, reading other reviews, they just say yes to whatever booking regardless of whether they can provide the service and then are rude to you when you’re surprised they aren’t honoring the appointment.

You also have to listen to all the the loud children in there, but that’s not as much their fault.

I have never had a stand out time at any nail salon but this one changed that for me. The prices are the same as most nail salons I’ve been in in the area but the staff and their work stands out. Everyone was very friendly and thorough and it seems they have a lot of regulars who have been coming in for years. I was recommended this place by my boyfriend’s sister and I will definitely be coming back!
