I ordered the All Star Bossam, and honestly, it was really delicious. The pork was juicy and flavorful, standing out beautifully even without any sauces or side dishes. Notably, the pork had no off-putting smells, which can be a problem with some other bossams I've tried in the past.

The sides were all great, with the exception of the macaroni, which was quite bland and seemed unnecessary among the other sides. Despite this minor flaw, the overall dining experience was highly enjoyable, thanks in large part to the attentive and very nice staff. I highly recommend this place for a satisfying meal.

I cannot emphasize enough how exceptional the service was for me. The waiter had very helpful answers to my questions (about portion size) on what I should order.

I ordered the half green onion, half garlic bossam for $42. I love the garlic sauce here—it's a sweet minced garlic paste that masks any gaminess in the pork. The green onion sauce was more of just a gochujang sauce that had shredded green onion on top. Not my favorite but that's just my personal preference.

I didn't think I was waiting particularly long for my food at all. Maybe just 5-10 minutes into placing my order, the waiter came by to let me know my dish would be coming out kind of slow because they were making a fresh batch of the pork. They offered some refreshments on the house and refilled my banchan without me needing to ask. AND THEN they came around like another 5-10 minutes later to offer a plate of freshly fried gyoza for the "inconvenience." I really didn't think the wait was unreasonably long at all, but their dedication to good service brings me to tears. 😢🫶🏻

Wow, Mister Bossam place is delicious! I would 100% come back here if I was craving grilled pork. Loved the “All Star Bossam Combo” (original, garlic, and green onion) - it was wonderful to eat with the provided lettuce wraps. The Grilled Cheese Pork Ribs were also tasty, which includes fried rice and the cheese steamed eggs were a nice touch on the side. Would come back for the All Star Bossam anytime.

I kept hearing good things about this restaurant and boy was I not misinformed.

The ramen here has a flavorful broth that didn't taste like it was from powder, nor did it make you want to drink water to cleanse your palate, like how other ramen shops who don't make their own broth from scratch. The noodles itself has a good chew and bounce to them and the amount given is a decent amount. I would say they didn't skimp out on what you paid for.

The bossam was about what you'll expect, not much special from what I've had before, but the pork knuckle on the other hand exceeded expectations.

The one in the photos is the garlic pork knuckle and it was just a strong flavor impact. The texture of the knuckle itself was chewy but not "can't break apart" kind of chew. It was a really soft and pleasant feeling when eating it. It was like a chew but a melty feeling when eating it.

I would come again to this location when I'm in the mood for some ramen or pork knuckle.

This is my first time having bossam served warm! We got the All Star Bossam Combo. The combo comes with three varieties: Original, Garlic, & Spicy Green Onion. They present it on a bed of raw onions and atop a hot stone bowl skillet. Each piece has a pretty even ratio of fat to meat. However, some pieces do come out a bit dry. Overall, it was pretty delicious pork! I think I preferred the original the most of the three.

WARNING: the Seafood and Green Onion Pancakes are very thick. The texture is quiche-like because they add eggs. They also do not cut the veggies finely, so there's huge pieces of onions throughout.

They have indoor and outdoor seating. We arrived on a Friday for lunch and it wasn't too busy. There was only one server though. So service was pretty slow. Many of our bowls were not clean too.

Same are with Banana Bay and Phoenix. The restaurant is very clean and new. Good customer service. I order seafood pancake, cheese pork ribs and squid. The waiter cut the pork ribs and stir with the cheese. Good quality. However, I think the sauce and cheese don’t go along well. Squid and the pancake are very delicious. The portion is quite big. 3-4 people can finish cheese pork rib.

I have this newfound love for bossam and I just cannot get quality bossam in Bay Area. I came here during my LA vacation and omg...the freshness of the meat, the flavors, the tenderness - everything was so good!!

My group ordered the green onion bossam, LA grilled cheese pork ribs, and cold noodles. It was quite a bit of food for four small girls but we were not complaining!

The bossam was delicious and comes over an open flame that keeps it hot! We were provided with a variety of lettuce wraps, radish, and side dishes to eat with the bossam. The cold noodles were a yummy complement to the hot bossam, though I wish the noodles were colder.

The cheese pork ribs were delicious as well. It comes with a bit of tteokkboki, hot dogs, and eggs on the side. You can also request free fried rice after your meal, and the kitchen will stir fry the cheese and rib sauce with the rice. The ribs also come over an open flame.

If I had to choose my favorite dish, it was definitely the bossam. The ribs were great but a bit on the heavier side for lunch.

The service was okay, maybe a bit understaffed because both the servers and the kitchen seemed overwhelmed during Sunday lunch rush. Our pork ribs took 30 minutes from ordering to receiving. The fried rice at the end took a bit of time as well. I do not recommend getting this dish if you are on a time crunch.
