I recently visited Sophia Naturals Skincare in Santa Clara for a men's facial, and my esthetician, Ali, made the experience particularly noteworthy. The service was marked by professionalism and care, executed with precision and respect. The soothing background music complemented the serene environment, enhancing the relaxation aspect of the session. I had the BEST experience with Aily at Sophia’s Natural Skin Care! She is super sweet and took the time to do a thorough skin analysis, giving me personalized advice on what might be causing my breakouts (like my gym routine and diet). The whole visit was so relaxing, and my face felt so clean and glowy after.

At the end, Aily gave me some amazing samples, including a clay mask and a healing cream (which I absolutely needed after extractions). I’m definitely coming back again—highly recommend!

Went with a lot of trust on my enzyme peel mask appointment. They start with a blackhead extraction which is kind of painful but I trusted that they will do it with care and precision. Turns out during my appointment I got a big scar on my cheek which looks like a blood clot dark line. It looks very bad and even though I made special emphasis that I have an event coming up , I hate to see such carelessness that can make your skin worse from before and more so with a red scar. Since they cover your eyes during blackhead extraction there's no way to know for the customer if they bled or got a scar during the process. I didn't realize it until I reached home and the mark darkened by evening since there wasn't any face mirrors for a close inspection after the facial in the parlor. I will not recommend this place since they lost my trust dealing skin with such carelessness during extraction.

I came for a facial as my skin is on the sensitive side and Alex did an amazing job! I ended up felling asleep during the facial - it was that relaxing. She was gentle, did a thorough massage and after the facial was completed, I could tell my skin felt very nourished and hydrated. She also gave me some samples that helped to continue the glow for the next week! I highly recommend coming here!

Sophia uses naturally healing products. My skin is sensitive and was looking very dull and worn out. Switching from chemical facials to a natural alternative has improved my skin and it looks brand new!

Sophia is incredibly knowledgeable & talented, and is able to customize her treatment based on your skin type.

Also, highly recommend a scalp treatment, that has drastically reduced my hair fall and has improved hair volume.

I have been getting my facials from Sophia since the past 2.5 years now.
She is just wonderful! I always leave this place feeling beautiful. Her facials are not just for the face, they are so holistic. I started going to Sophia because I resonated with her philosophy of going au natural. That is what I believe in - healing naturally.
I was suffering from severe acne since 2020 and I just didn’t know what to do. After meeting Sophia and getting her facials, I understood my skin so much better. I am better able to handle my skin conditions now. It is not just a facial, your skin will heal when you get your treatment from Sophia.
And not just her facial sessions, but also her products! OMG, they smell so good. She makes all the products herself and I’m addicted to them. Can’t go anywhere without them
