My hair is in shambles but Nacia was not intimidated when I walked in last week and asked a zillion questions. She was unbelievably patient and by that I mean she spent 2 HOURS (who does that these days!?) talking with me, giving me advice, howtos, product information and most of all, reassurance that my hair can be helped. I felt seen, respected, and cared for as a customer and more importantly, as a person. As other reviews have said, Sonoma Beauty and Nacia are hidden gems. It’s a comfort and blessing to have such so close to home. Thank you! 💜

I was shopping for my niece. I have no idea what the “latest” treads are for young teens. The staff there are knowledgeable and amazing. I would have been there forever without help! Plus I bought a few things for myself. I’ve also had great service at the salon. Support local + amazing service. This is a gem in Sonoma.

The owner and his daughter, who also works here, are so incredibly helpful!! They have saved my hair from my own at home experiments by guiding me on what to do to fix it. They really want what's best for customers and will show you options that are most valuable for your situation. I trust them totally and don't even look at the cost of supplies because I know they are honest. Helpful, welcoming, down to earth, awesome!! Thanks guys for being my go to place for all things beauty consulting and supplies!

The product and makeup advice and the hair products recommended at this wonderful local store made my life SO MUCH BETTER! Styling my fine, thin hair is so much more fun when it ends up looking full and smooth, the foundation and bronzer recommended works fabulously, and the other goodies made getting ready for company a breeze. I live this place. They carry great products and the owner (?) male, don’t know his name—is really helpful. One day I needed a blowout and he called me right back and he had called in a lovely young stylist who did a great job!

Wow what a hidden Gim
And a great experience very well knowledged and took her time. Really appreciate her . Today is my first time, it’s always nervous to start with a new hairdresser but wow she ‘em nailed it but I can I tell you I’ve been to so many fancy expensive places that I have came out in tears. I actually came out smiling after leaving and getting the exact results that I desired. I will definitely be back .

Because of my many medical expenses, I had been cutting my own hair & after 3 years of doing this, my hair was a mess.Jane Keeffe specializes in short hair & did the best she could with the mess that I brought her.
