They were so nice & my gel manicure looked great. Two full nails fell off (not chipped) 4 days after the manicure. I went back in and they fixed it for free (so kind) just for two more to fall off the next day. Kind people, great atmosphere, but the shortest gel manicure I’ve ever had 🙁

Service was good and friendly, but the quality was so bad. I got the normal gel manicure. No fancy stuff. When it’s done, it looked okay. However, one of my nails chipped after 2 days. Within one week, 4 more nails chipped…I was just in shock. I will have to get it removed soon since it bothers me so much.

service is very quick and friendly! I love that you can do walkins or appointments. Staff and diligent and friendly. The place is pretty spacious and clean. I had a terrible manicure once and thought I’d never get one again but Linda and her staff made me feel comfortable enough to want to try again and the nail shape came out perfect, cuticles neat and clean and best of all they didn’t make me bleed (which is what I was worried about). This is my second time back and will be back again, would definitely recommend if you’re in the area and the prices are very reasonable!

The manicure and pedicure treatment at the salon was lovely. However, I feel that I was railroaded into receiving what turned out to be an $88 manicure and pedicure. I was a walk-in customer and I stated I wanted a manicure and pedicure. I was never given a "menu" nor was I given any indication that there were different levels of treatments. While I was picking out a color, one of the technicians was offering all sorts of options for scents. It never occurred to me that ultimately my choice was going to lead me to a $60 pedicure. While I was receiving my treatment, a couple came in and wanted pedicures, and I heard the technician ask if they wanted to see a menu? No one asked me if I wanted to see a menu because if they had, I would've chosen their basic pedicure, which I believe was $38 and would have come to a total of about what I expected to spend for a manicure and pedicure.

I had a very good experience with the staff at this nail spa, but unfortunately, my interaction with the owner was quite unpleasant. She was unnecessarily rude and dismissive. She unapologetically peeled off my nails, and in some cases, where there was no polish left, she chiseled and peeled so aggressively that it exposed the skin underneath.

Another disappointing aspect was the unexpected extra fee for paying by card. They failed to inform me about this charge beforehand and went ahead with the transaction, adding the extra amount without my consent.

My favourite nail salon! Professional nail technicians and great atmosphere. Linda is awesome, she always takes really good care of me and has incredible attention to detail! I don't go anywhere else now.
