I sought treatment by Dr. Rachel after following the business on instagram for a couple years. Their touch is truly natural - nothing aggressive! It's just the right amount of "wow you look great but I can't put my finger on why".

PARKING: Street or shared lot. For shared lot, entrance is to the east on the crosstreet.

SERVICE: Every staff member was incredibly personable and professional! The front desk staff ensured that I was aware of the Alle discount and even found that I had a bonus coupon!

TREATMENT: I suffer from severe TMJ and previously had an injection experience at a different business. Dr. Rachel and her nurse (sorry I think her name is Jennifer?) were amazing! Their use of the nerve stimulant to distract you from the injection pain is genius. I nearly didn't even feel the needle.

I'll definitely be back for my touch ups. Can't wait to try the other services.

The staff at SkinSpirit Pasadena are absolutely amazing. So friendly with phenomenal customer service. I’ve tried other Botox places and I’ve never been treated this well before. Super cute space, very clean and comfortable. They even called me up to check on me after two weeks. Will definitely be back.
