The website wouldn’t process my purchase nor would it recognize the promotional code offered at the top of their website. Obviously, I had to search for a phone no.and then had to make the dreaded call.

Since they were acquired by L’Oréal customer service is non existent. The rep has no authority to make any decision that is outside the box. She explained everyone works from home and she was unable to find a supervisor who was permitted to make customer service like decisions.

I love the products. Have been using them for years. My advice… Purchase from any of their authorized re sellers. You can find a list on Skinceuticals website.

FYI-I left a message to have someone in authority phone me. I also sent an email to customer service. No one has gotten back to me. Nor, have I received notification my item has been shipped.
